Nothing to worry about. All year round, I use it in two classic cars. The brakes on my motorcycles are also superb. It feels like they are running smoother and stronger after filling up two of my old bikes with this fuel.
To remove deposits and other deposits on my Yamaha 90 hp, the owners' manual recommends the ring release product in addition to other products that remove deposits.
It will be fine to use two ounces of bleach to treat 17 gallons.
My only rule of thumb is to use the recommended amount. My last experiences with it involve adding it to fuel and treating gas before putting the equipment away last fall. In the spring of this year, there have been no problems.

I found this to be an excellent addition to my two-cycle lawnmower. As did I, going straight to the toilet bowl, where I sat for hours. I think I should have left it there instead.
I removed one of my spark plugs, turned the crank pulley to reveal the top of the piston, looked inside the hole to notice that a lot of deposit/carbon had built up- I now have a lot less build-up and I am greatful for this product. The piston is sitting on top of it. Before I put it in the gas tank, I made a mental note of this. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of hair it removed after a month of use. It is a product I would highly recommend.
Star Tron chemical additive is one of my favorite products. So I decided to give this product a try on my Toro Workman UTV that was getting hard to start and not running as well as usual. Having run two tanks of gas through the machine with the recommended amount of the Star Tron Ring Clean + Deposit Control, I noticed that it was as smooth as new and started right up. Since then, I have used it to power all of my boats, mowers, and 2-wheelers Yard implements have a stroke pattern. Since I am a fan of this additive, I use it in conjunction with the standard Star Tron gas additive for controlling ethanol gas's bad characteristics (which is pretty much worth the money to keep gas from getting old and ensure that it does not get old). In the next few days, I will run a few tanks of this additive through my vehicles to see whether it improves fuel economy. There is a lot of benefit to this product, and it is very effective!.
What worked for me was this. Two stroke mix seemed to have evaporated in the line and carb and left oil gunk behind. In the top end I got a couple of mph and revolutions more and for the low rpm portion, I got a smoother idle. This product was used in my first tank of the season to break up sludge, and I plan to use the concentrated blue bottle during the summer to keep the tank clean.
We were able to smooth our idle after a couple of hours of cruising by using it in my Yamaha outboard. It didn't work in my 66 Volvo, but it was fun. In idle and performance after a tankful of double strength, I noticed a huge improvement. It is obvious that the engine of this car was old and has not been driven regularly. The valves are now seating properly at low rpm to explain why this engine is performing.
The cap was not tightened onto the bottle and the plastic/foil neck seal failed to adhere complete to the bottle. A product leak was discovered during shipping and the packaging was thrown away. Getting leaks out of a product when it arrives at its destination would be a catastrophe.
