Questions & Answers

Per gallon of gasoline, how much of this product do you use?

In every oz of Klutz Octane Booster, the octane number on a gallon of gas will be raised by two The number of points is 1/2. Hence, if you wish to increase your octane level by two points, you need to add two points of gasoline If your car has 25 gallons and 1/2 and you use 25 oz of Klutz, then you would use 25 oz. The usage of 10 ounces of Klutz is all you would need to do one point of octane increase in your car. When your car holds 25 gallons of gas, you would make a difference of a point.

What's in it? In what ways does it differ from other programs?

Although I have no clue what the super stuff in it is, adding it to my 427 gives it a little boost. I highly recommend using it for more horsepower. The only way you adjust is if the weight says 5 ounces.

I was wondering if this is compatible with a 2013 Ford Taurus The gas engine in the truck is a 5L v6 that uses 87?

It is an absolute waste of money and time to raise the octane on an na engine designed to run on low octane fuel (because your engine's compression is low). It will also not increase your fuel mileage. It is likely that you will lose fuel economy. There is no way to spin these facts in any way, and anyone who tells you otherwise has no clue about I never cease to be amazed by some people's ignorance. A higher octane rating means a slower rate of burn control. When your engine is designed for 87 octane, it will in fact run less efficiently if the fuel burns more slowly than it should. The effect on your engine might not be noticeable to you, but your body will nonetheless feel it. In other words, allowing the burn rate to slow down on a 9 will produce better results. When you run an engine with 1 compression, for example, you It is not necessary to listen to these clowns that don't know what they are You can delete this***br>***br>

If you bump up some numbers, this means 87 octane will be 97 or very near it?

The article said that it increases the octane level by The point value per ounce/gallon is 5 points. You would need to combine 4 ounces of gas with 4 ounces of gasoline to raise the octane level by 10 points. This gets pretty costly. I think you would be better off just getting 91 or 93 octane and boosting The RZR I have is a Stage 3 Turbo, and I need 93 octane. 1 oz of water is added. A gallon of gasoline. I am then 93 years old. Gasoline with an octane rating of 5. Trying to climb steep sand mountains, I throw sand 30' behind me. This program is easy to use. Klotz deserves a lot of credit for this!

There is no way to overestimate the effectiveness of this stuff
5/5

The fuel I need to meet boost targets comfortably needs to be close to 94 octane. Due to the fact that my pump is 92, I'm adding 36 oz with each tank. It worked well and logging showed that there was a greater level of happiness with the ECU. To lower it, I decided to try *18 ounces per tank (just about one It was the same in both ratios) and the ECU was still fine. Perhaps I'm not going to need all of it. As soon as I filled up with jump gas, I got the ECU hiccups/logs again. I think that's good enough. This criticism is worth noting It's a nightmare to deal with the container Because the liquid convulses out and spills, I have started transferring it to a better container so the problem is at least limited to one can at a time. Hey guys, just a request It is better to pour from a better container that can be adapted to.

In other words, they raise it by 1, so 93 octane becomes 93 octane
5/5

The Mopar big block in my Plymouth Duster is 440 cubic inches. With 11 features, it is quite comprehensive. The engine has a compression ratio of five to one and cranking pressure of 210 psi. I started it using 93 octane pump gas when I got it going. After I shut it off, it sieled a few times. When I went into a ping, I felt the throttle roll a little. It was only when I mixed Turbo 108 octane booster with high concentrations that it stopped the pinging. Unfortunately, the product was not cheap and I was unable to find a low-cost alternative. According to research I conducted online, Turbo 108 and other brands sold in parts stores or online only raise the octane by a few points. Basically, they raise it the same way they do. 93 octane becomes 93 octane by the addition of 1. The tank will only hold 1 unless the water is dumped into it in large quantities. When Klotz and other premium boosters are used, it raises it by a whole number. Anyway, I mix the Klotz a little more than 1 ounce per gallon and it works great. Since each ounce of Klotz is only 41 cents for $52 a gallon, it only adds 41 cents to the cost of a gallon of gasoline. Over the last two years I have not had a single failure in my car. I don't get any pings or sirens when I turn off the computer. Another important point to note is that the gasoline I use contains 10% ethanol. Alcohol has not caused any problems with the fuel system during the winter months and I store the fuel all winter without draining it. My carb is like new inside and I regularly remove the fuel bowls for jet changes. Klotz octane booster is a good product to consider.

You'll have to scrape off the paint again in no time! The additional 16-bit power has made a noticeable difference in my power A full tank of 93 octane gas can be filled with 32 oz of fuel
4/5

To ensure I am receiving the recommended 93 octane (or a higher grade) for my blown BBC, I use this tool. There are people who can tell just by the smell of this that you are using it. BEAR WITH ME! It's not a joke when they say paint won't get this on it! BEWARE!

You will almost immediately see it eat through your clear coat or paint! I doubt you'll even be able to wipe it off before it gets smeared. The finish will fade if you get even a little drop or splash while pouring in this stuff. If you are pouring this into your gas tank, be sure to use a heavy towel around the area. The only reason for not giving it five stars is because of this. Despite this, performances were not up to par. The system works.

One of the best Octane boosters on the market
5/5

The engine in my 1994 GMC K-series is a GM built 454 crate engine This was ordered with a 9 GB hard drive for $2500. After attempting all the "High Priced" brands, I was introduced to Klotz by a friend who used to build Harleys with me (before "yuppies with stick on tattoos" became interested in Harleys- Having a different lifestyle) He said that for the cost I was paying for the "Colored" booster, I could get much better results for a tenth the price- He was right. As a result, I am able to get better MPG, my spark plugs stay cleaner, my oil stays "purple" with little carbon contamination longer, and my TBI body stays clean longer. If you wish to save money, I strongly recommend Klotz, I have proven it works very well.

My car has been requesting a new battery for a long time
5/5

It was said to me by a very respected publication about this product that it is one of the very few available products that raise I feel like the gas here burns like it is filled with empty calories when I drive my classic car. Besides that, it starts to boil very quickly, as soon as the heat soak reaches the engine bay it's already over. There are a few people who claim that using a fuel with a lower octane number will not have as many additives added to normal gasoline. My old classic car blew up after running with 87 octane alone for a long time (gas starts to boil aggressively at temperatures as low as 40 F) I have tried using 87 octane alone, too. In addition to helping counter these effects, I've also heard Klotz helps provide an alternative to this modern E10 medicine. I thought Klotz was the ideal solution since it used E15 gasoline. Therefore, I decided to fill my 11 gallon tank with Klotz and 87 octane fuel at a rate of 2 ounces per gallon after filling half way. I then added the final 6 ounces after I have my tank half full. Another one of those hopeless experiments I believed, so I thought there wouldn't be any change. As soon as I saw it, I thought, I wish I had a 30 gallon drum of it! As long as I don't spill it in my tank because it will eat the paint (I just use a funnel), it compensates for the side effects of the E10 gas, but I wouldn't expect anything else to do so whether that is for other people or for me.
