There is no such thing as overdosing. Since I started using Star Tron Diesel in our diesel motorhome and in my Bobcat skid loader, I have never had issues. It is not uncommon for RVs or Bobcats to sit unused for months on end. "A little more" is better, in my opinion. With my Honda generator, lawn tractor, and anything else that runs on gas, I use the gas version. In the winter, it starts perfectly when needed after sitting during the summer. Moreover, TruFuel is a great alternative fuel for all types of oil/gas mix equipment such as lawn mowers and chain saws. The second sit is on The timer starts right up again after 3 years. I am amazed.
Although I am not sure if it works as a biocide, I was told years ago that this product was recommended by some of my older colleagues. In the - Diesel fuel treatments are done by trucker buddies on the road. Black mold cannot grow in diesel fuel when it has been treated with enzymes. I suspect a biocide property in order to make this work. A black mold infestation in my Dodge Ram 3500 fuel system many years ago destroyed the fuel system. As far as algae consumption goes, I am clueless. In water, algae can be found I do not believe fuel is the answer. To grow, algae must be exposed to sunlight. It is possible that what you are referring to as algae is not actually algae (diatoms) but other contaminates. As a matter of fact, anything that consumes algae would produce waste products, and you would need to dispose of them as well. The filters are I suspect you're saying there are many filters in the fuel. *br> *br>This is a stabilizer.
It's a great program for cleaning your system. The carburetors and injectors are both important components. In place of rebuilding a carburetor, using this approach saves both time and money. Using my Windows 7 I was able to run it. I tried a diesel engine with a 5 diesel and it worked, but took a few miles to clean the injectors. Those companies make products to lubricate engines, as well as one that prevents diesel engines from gelling. To date, I've only used it on the 7 I have. The diesel I use for all my small engines and injectors is 3 diesel. There's no doubt in my mind.
