In a word! In my old '03 Durango, when it started, it started getting chattery. There was some noise while driving, but it would quiet down after about a quarter mile. The stuff I'm talking about is absolutely awesome. Pour it in the crankcase and it will be at its best. When I added oil to the car as directed, it took two tablespoons per one quart of oil my car is 5 years old. I was surprised how much sludge there was. I was surprised at how dark the oil was. In fact, I poured it into the truck of a friend. As soon as it's warmed up, it makes the piston ticking noise (as with Fords). My crankcase got rid of it after I poured the material inside. Besides being sludged up, it was also dirty. So much so, I even poured it into my mom's transmission, which slips like a crazy cat. I notice that it shifts better now after the seafoam is added to the fluid flush. This stuff is like Jesus in a bottle, and I'm not even trying to promote it in anyway.

My vehicle was required to undergo a mandatory emissions test just prior to its "mechanics dream" check engine light coming on. I used this product twice to help me out. After about 20 miles, I turned the car off, re-started it, and the check engine light was off. I put a can of Sea Foam in the tank, filled up with fresh gas, and went around 20 more miles before the check engine light came on again. I decided to give this treatment a try after watching videos about this product and especially after I saw a video that was updated one year after I had tried it. After using Sea Foam, I have noticed a smooth, quiet engine operation in my 1998 Ford Explorer XLT. I also purchased their spray can version so I could clean more areas at the same time. Besides having my Craftsman lawn mower start with just one pull, I did the same treatment on my lawn tractor. I like it.

I'm amazed at how much better my carbs, lines, ports, and stale fuel are after using this stuff for a few minutes. My Johnson 9's carburetor was run a little directly from the air conditioning unit. This is a 5hp motor that was revving up and down when throttled and would not idle. When I added fuel to it with the correct amount, it has now stopped revving up and down. Additionally, the idle now does not stall. As a result, I believe that it worked just like it said it would.
