A mileage meter measures in metric units. In addition to a metric tachometer, there is a MPH label as a second option. As soon as the scooter is running and the engine is running at low speeds, I am unable to turn off the primary headlight A gummed up carburetor or fuel system is probably the cause, We've tried our best to comply As of yet, I haven't verified that. As of now, I have not received anything I need to get my title, they are not responding to messages through Amazon, and I am unable to find their contact information online. Because I cannot prove that this scooter is mine, I am effectively unable to use it.
Don't even think about buying anything from this company. It is of the worst quality I've ever seen. As a result, they do not fulfill their contractual obligations. It is a company I have attempted to contact. It is impossible to reach them. My return is for a full refund, and I expect it to be processed soon.
My initial impression of their poor factory tuning made me think that I might have a hard time buying a Gy6 moped. We watched countless videos on how to get it up to snuff, but everything was as it should be I am pro. On a flat (new) road, this thing can reach 45 mph with a rich fuel mixture screw, and its valve lash seems to be about right. Adding gas and airing up the tires were about all we really had to do. The key in the ignition is twisted left, with no push into it, which engages the steering lock, so you have to figure out how to open the seat bucket. The rest of the product is great! Will update with any *BIG UPDATE About 800 km. I still have no problems with the machine. The speedometer might be off by 5 miles per hour or so? I honestly don't see much of a problem here. I have also noticed that the gas tank is ridiculously small when I travel long distances I feel like I'm driving around on a quarter tank of gas all the time. Make sure you don't go more than 30 miles, or you may have problems getting back without fuel. I'm not complaining about the mpg since it's very good for how small this car is, but it's a bit annoying that you have to stop and grapple with the gas cap for one second and then leave not even one A fuel gauge that is inaccurate due to how small the tank is goes from almost full to almost empty by the last 10 or The second edit is as follows There are others who seem to be mistaken about some things, so I'll point it out. There will be a time when you will need to make adjustments to the valve lash to get it to idle right and at factory expectations. As you break the valve in, there will always be drift. We are talking about a GY6 moped When you adjust the idle screw, the engine will idle higher than normal, which could shorten its life, but if that is what you are comfortable with, then just do it. You can build it cheaply and easily with just a few simple parts.
Unfortunately, when they were getting it out of the packaging there were some scratches and stuff on it but they weren't major ones, but for the price It was.
For my grandson, I bought this. I had to take it to the mechanic to keep it running because it wouldn't stay turned on after I turned it on.
As well as the customer service, I find it to be very good. I'm happy with the moped and it arrived faster than I It turned out I actually lost a very important bolt and spacer (for the steering column), so they sent me another one. Putting it together (because I am not mechanically inclined) was the only thing I did not enjoy. I had to bolt in the steering, install the front tire/disc brake, and connect the battery after installing the majority of the pieces. After watching a few videos on YouTube, it was easy enough to figure out. I had to get my family to help, but for the price it is hard to beat. I was pleased with the customer service and I am extremely satisfied with the running of the system.
