Shipping was okay, although the steel crate had dents and the quad was Also, I was missing a bolt for the handle bar clamp. But I have a shop full of bolts, so I took one of those from there. I will say this bike fired right up after we put gas in it, and the remote kill works very well. 260 pounds and I pulled the throttle screw out of the big mouth of this little bugger and it ripped my big butt off This quad was the best of three I read on Amazon after reading hundreds of reviews on other quads. This is so great I am ordering another one for my grandson very soon from this company. It shipped fast, and the packaging was good.

I would definitely recommend it. In a nutshell, It's so awesome for the price. I am new to 4 wheelers so I had no idea what to expect. It seems well made, and even though my son (seven years old) had trouble in the video, he figured it out in less than 20 minutes. We were able to assemble it without much difficulty, and as soon as we changed the oil and put gas in it, we were ready You can follow the instructions in the video. Chemical engineers are not very familiar with mechanics, and my husband is a chemical engineer by trade. was able to get it ready in about 3 hours. As it was shipped by firefight there was one scratch on it, but on this sort of shipment that is just normal. Although I was surprised that it was shipped brand new, it seems pretty well built and surprisingly heavy. I liked it because you could tell it was new. My short ride on it also got me around, even though I only sat on it for about three minutes. Due to my weight of 187 pounds, I wanted to avoid adding any additional stress to my body. The price is really hard to beat for the quality. It was also a pleasure dealing with the freight delivery driver. In all honesty, I am very satisfied with the outcome. It has only been running for a few days, so I can't comment on its durability. As of yet, I would recommend the product. If you order it, you will most likely hear from the shipping company via email and they will ask you for your delivery address and a telephone number in order to reach you. I was able to set up delivery without much trouble after they texted to let me know. Please note that our battery did in fact die. ****EDIT***
Just wanted to clarify. We contacted the seller and they sent us a new one right away! Also, our neighbor dropped it and walked around looking at it. The chain was very tight, and he had to work the back brakes to make sure they worked properly. There may have been a delay in sending it to us as it sat in storage too long. (We were very new to quads and that did not bother us at all. If you are not mechanical, or know someone who is, I would suggest that you look it over before using. It is simply a matter of bringing it into one and having them check it out. It goes pretty fast even with me on it once the chain is loosened up!.

My normal writing style isn't to write reviews, but this particular situation is different for me so I'm going to do it. When placing the order I was so terrified and worried after reading so many bad reviews on so many different ATV's that it made me very sceptical about risking the money I work so hard for. As a result of my research and finding out this company had the best reviews, I took a big gamble and prayed the whole shipment and delivery would go well, and it was exactly what I had hoped it would be. As frightened as I was by the delivery, once I got it, I was elated. (Having the ability to work from home has been a dream come true. ).

A few days before our son's 6th birthday, we ordered this during the Cornavirus. The order was shipped on April 3rd, and we received it by April 14. I assembled it in a matter of minutes and it started right up after the battery was charged. Today (the 18th) was my son's birthday and he was extremely excited about it! I saw him digging up the lawn already!.

I was impressed with the care taken to package the ATV for shipping. The package arrived in good condition. You might overlook many of the safety features found on this unit. Additionally, not only does the vehicle have a remote kill engine fob and a lanyard to stop the engine, it won't start until you set the parking brake in front. You can also limit the throttle range, which in turn limits the power you can produce. (Good feature for very young drivers). The manual says the unit should only be assembled by a professional mechanic, but in essence, all you need to do is attach handlebars, put wheels on, add the electrolyte to the battery, charge it, and The majority of people will be able to handle it. I was able to crank it right up and run like a champ!.

I lack gloves and grips and my goggles. It is a big gift for my 10 year old son from Santa. I was unable to get in contact with them because the car wouldn't start. After finally determining that there is a problem with the carboratur. A new one is on its way. a new 4 wheeler, 2 weeks after Christmas, a little boy who has already wept big tears about not being able to ride his new 4 wheeler will be 2 weeks old. On top of all that, the goggles, gloves, and grips were not on the bike. They said they would send them, but I haven't received them! I would like it if it was four wheels. However, so far I'm very disappointed with it.

In a nutshell, This little red spider landed on our doorstep I am a four-some A Wheeler was a gift for our little 4 year old's birthday, and he enjoys His husband, who weighs 115 lbs, rides along with him on it. The game is legit, of great quality, with four stars There are wheels. The price may have given me a clue but I was surprised by what I saw. Thank you for your excellent work. There was a medal crate with it. To assemble, it took us about an hour. If we had the right tools, it would have taken less time. It took us a little while to start it, but YouTube has a video on a few times to get everything working since it's a new program. Getting the gas up in there was the only thing that needed to be done. I received the package a few days before the scheduled delivery date. It started right up after that. Very impressed, as I said. This is a great gift for my nieces and nephews, so I'm ordering more of these. Buying this was a great decision.
