I live on 2 hills with a lot of woods, so I try to maintain it well. As I continued to recover from my knee injury, I began looking for a small scooter to help me get around. It took me a while to realize many mobility scooters would not be able to handle the terrain I can't handle. After having this bike for a few weeks, I realize how shortsighted I was not In addition to hauling tools between my truck and shed, providing food and drink to my campfire, watering my plants, taking out the trash, and spraying weeds with a back pack sprayer, it is an ideal small utility vehicle. It moves my equipment and me with ease all the way to the hospital. I am 6'2" and 248 lbs. When we bought this bike for our son as a gift, we expected it to be a great gift. Unfortunately, it was a complete Boxes in which it arrived were in a state of disarray. During the UPS delivery, the UPS driver said it would have arrived sooner, but the box was falling apart, so plastic was wrapped around it to keep it enclosed. There were several pieces of hardware missing, so it was impossible for me to assemble the bike. I called customer support, and they eventually sent the replacement nuts and bolts. In just a few days of limited use, I noticed oil dripping from the engine. About three months later, my son was riding it when a loud clunking noise was heard. It turns out the brake assembly had malfunctioned, causing the rear wheel to lock. This is a very fortunate outcome for him as he was not thrown from the bike. I find it so unfortunate to see our son's hopes and expectations crushed by problems (both little and major) with this bike. We are now getting in touch with customer support to figure out what to do. Somehow, I think we will end up spending more than we planned on this. The bottom line is that what you pay for is what you get!.
