The proportions are ideal - My husband ordered an XL, which also fits perfectly (5'8" 230) and I ordered a medium, which fits perfectly (5'5" and 140).

Within ten minutes of wearing them, the pants ripped. Even though it was my fault because I was getting into a truck, The jacket lasted about a week until my dog jumped up on me and shredded the front with his paws when I returned home. It was awesome while it lasted, 100% waterproof, extremely breathable, and comfy.

Don't buy! It's a bad investment! The suit is incredibly light and easily rips! I put on the suit for the first time, and the pants ripped after 5 minutes of work, and the jacket ripped after 10 minutes! The quality is extremely poor.
