Questions & Answers

What are the dimensions of the sizing?

I received M, and my height is 178 cm. T-shirts are another thing I purchase. M-size shirts are available. I'm not sure if this information will be useful to you.

Coleman's sizing chart is available on the website, but I'd like to inquire about it. I'm 5'10", 190 pounds, and wear a size 36 in jeans. The chart indicates M, but I believe it is L. Wearing it over a light layer or a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. ?

My husband is 5'10", weighs about 175 pounds, and wears 32x34 jeans. We ordered him a size L and it fits him perfectly over his jeans and t-shirt. I hope this helps; if I were you, I'd go with a L. Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding; I only received it tonight.

Yes, please tell me how heavy it is, as well as whether the material is of good quality and not easily torn. ?

This is not something I would advise you to do. Once upon a time, my son wore it. The pants ripped, and the jacket's side and snaps ripped away from the fabric. The warranty will not be honored by the company.

I'm 5'7", so what size should I get to wear over my clothes?

Hi Juan. I ordered a large for a man in my life who is approximately 5'9" tall. 185 lbs. He puts it on over his clothes and, if necessary, a light hoodie jacket. I hope this has been of some assistance.

It's a difficult situation! Just a quick note about the rain gear's durability
5/5

br>I'm a sailor who specializes in oysters. For the majority of the year, I wear commercial-grade bib trousers that can withstand a lot of use. Oysters, as well as barnacles and wire cages, are tough on gear. For example, every week I go through three pairs of work gloves. br> I wanted to try something light but still protective for the hot summer months. I didn't have high hopes for the evening. However, I've been wearing them every day for over a month and they haven't ripped and are incredibly comfortable. br> However, the majority of people are curious as to whether they will remain waterproof. I wear them in waist-deep water, so I took them home, dried them out, put them on, and hosed them down. br> The fact that there were no leaks astounded me. After being abused for so long. If I had to complain about anything, it would be this. It's because I can't buy the pants separately from the set. I'd like to order a smaller pair of pants. That is all there is to it.

I am 5- I'm 9 230 pounds and it's perfect with a jacket underneath; I got an xL and if I hadn't, I'd get a medium
5/5

Okay, here's the deal: this is the only review you'll ever need; I'm a 5-star reviewer. 9 230lb and with a jacket underneath it is great, I got an xL and if I had gotten an XX it would have been huge, built very well, has draw string in hood and can fit the face tight, it also has the little visior on hood that sticks out to keep rain off glasses, also has draw string in side on each side to pull tigt against back, two coat pockets, zipper and button in the front, leggs long long but you can always work br>As for the storage bag, there's no way you're going to fit that rain suit in it. Find a Walmart bag or something. It also has some vents, but it is mostly airtight, so wear it in the rain and take it off as soon as possible. Overall, wear it for 30 minutes. 00 I don't think you'll be able to beat it; I'm so sick of the yellow ones that I just bought a brand new one in junk; it doesn't smell like the others I've had, so there you have it; I hope this helps.

This was a gift for my son, and he wore it for quite some time
5/5

This was purchased for my son, who wore it for 5 days and 8 hours each day while on a fishing trip in Alaska. When it rained or blew, it kept him dry and warm. I got him a big-screen TV. He stands 5' 10" tall and weighs around 155 pounds. Under the pants, he could wear jeans or sweatpants and a T-shirt. long-sleeved shirt Under the jacket, wear a sleeved shirt or sweatshirt that isn't too tight. The stains from the fish blood were easily removed. The pant legs were long enough to overhang his boots. I hope this information is useful.

At 272 pounds and 5'9" tall, it's ideal for my body type and size
5/5

I'm a 5'9" man who weighs 272 pounds, and I ordered the XL size because that's what someone about 20 pounds smaller than me ordered, and they said it would take a much larger person to need an XXL. I'm glad I listened to their advice and only ordered the XL size; it's the perfect fit. I believe that if I gained 285 pounds, that would be the maximum weight at which it would still fit me. If that helps you visualize my body size and shape, when I talk about my weight, I'm talking about being fat as in a large gut, not muscle. I haven't had the opportunity to test it in the rain yet, but based on its construction, I expect it to work fine. I wanted to add my two cents on the size issue in case the information is useful to others of similar size and shape. The pants legs are a smidgeon too long, but not by much. I would order this again if it works properly and keeps me dry in the rain, which I don't see why it shouldn't. If it fails to perform that important task after being used in the rain, I will update my review to reflect this. If this review hasn't been updated in 30 days, you can assume it did well in the rain.

Excellent product! I took it to Canada with me on a fishing trip
5/5

I was the only one out in the pouring rain who was completely dry and having a great time fishing! br>br>I ordered a large because I have a 36/38" inseam and am 6'4", 230lbs, and it fit perfectly! (and I don't like tight clothing) There was plenty of casting room in the arms.

For the money, this is the best rain suit
5/5

I've gone through over 15 suits, and these are the ones that have stood the test of time the best. As a helicopter mechanic, I work in the aviation industry. Over the last eight years, I've had over 15 different rain suits because they all get ripped or split because I'm frequently climbing in awkward positions. These rain jackets are well-made and far more comfortable than any other rain jacket I've ever had. It keeps me dry, is comfortable, and traps less heat than other rain suits. I'm not sure what else I could possibly want. These are my preferred footwear over frogtogs.

It keeps me dry when it rains, but not when I'm sweating profusely
4/5

This suit does exactly what it says on the label. I only gave it four stars because I've seen other people's rain suits, which appear to be more breathable and comfortable. Because this suit is made of PVC, it is not at all breathable. I emerge from this experience sweating profusely, as if I'd spent the entire day in a sauna. I feel like I have to be very careful not to tear it whenever I put it on or take it off because it does not stretch at all due to the fact that it is made of PVC. However, it does keep me dry when it rains, but not when I sweat. The coat has pockets that keep things dry, and the pants have pockets underneath that you can access. Overall, it's not a bad suit, but I don't want to wear it.

The best raincoat I've ever owned
5/5

Since May 2017, I've been wearing this suit. This suit hasn't developed even the slightest hole or tear despite the fact that I work outside for 9 hours every day, doing a very active job that includes walking, climbing, lifting heavy items, and so on. I even washed it once a week to remove the mud. All but the tops of my boots are protected from the rain. It's scorching outside. It's fine in the winter, and staying dry is worth it. It's a fantastic hood. There's a visor built in to keep the rain out of your eyes. I'm going to order one for my wife right now, and I highly recommend it.
