It fits well overall, although the sizing is a little smaller than I was expecting, otherwise I may be a little too big. This would be a great suggestion, but I do have a complaint that depending on the size, it is more difficult for people to zip down from the outside of the leg into the shoe once they reach a 4X size. For someone wearing a size 4x shoe, if it were on the inside of the leg it would be much easier to put on their shoe, place the strap on, and zip it to the shoe while sitting down, knees crossed over the hips.
