As someone who is 170 cm tall, 85 kg and 36 inches wide, I had to order the XL size (60) and it fits perfectly. The LXL is 58, the Large 56, and the ML 54. If you do not intend to make any changes to your measurements, you should keep the 54 or 56. This should be helpful for you.

For the first time in my life, I own a karting suit rather than borrow one. I thought it was well worth the money. My kids are going to receive it once i grow up. I am now 9 and am approximately 10 years old, and it fits flawlessly.
