It is the same as what other people have said, if you order thinking it is black/red, you will receive it in A lack of accountability and poor customer service is a serious problem at Amazon.

This product comes in green from the box. The red one is what I ordered. The fact that this neck brace may not fit everyone is not a deal-breaker because I know it's the best neck brace.
