An average 32" waist would work as a medium, but I could use a large as well. My recommendation is to get a large if you were to buy

It is likely that the belt you have does not have a lot of adjustment in the Velcro since that is the smallest size. It should go well for you. Having a product made by Leet is a good thing.

I was looking for something like this forever! Thanks be to God this was not a serious injury, but it did cause some bruising of his kidney, as confirmed by a urinalysis and six hours spent in the ER! This belt helped save his kidneys when he discovered that his other protective equipment (helmet, chest plate, leatt) were not enough to protect his kidneys from another impact. Such a belt may have saved him from going to the ER again! After receiving it, he crashed again within 2 days this time, it was in the middle of the night. I did not damage my kidneys at all! Best of all, he found it to be comfortable, supportive, and with no sagging. He felt the treatment had a great effect on his spine and lower back, and, best of all, didn't make him sweat! The thoughts of a belt of this kind making him feel heavy and constricting came to his mind The experience was not at all like that. I want to thank you for making such an incredible product and saving my son's In case others are interested in sizing, he stands 6' 2" and weighs 160 lbs. and ordered a small/med that fits perfectly and has room for improvement due to the adjustable strap.
When I ride my dual-sport bike on trails, it's mostly for my back support and kidney protection, and I have noticed a difference in how I feel after long days on the bike The belt stays in place and does not migrate throughout the day, even while riding my sport bike. I haven't tried any other belts. (I'm a beer drinker naturally the tail of the main belt folds over a bit. Obviously, the fitter people wouldn't have an issue), but it hasn't released or undone itself yet. All in all, I think it's a good day- I like this sleeve because it holds up on my "generous" 2X body, and it I am not sure what more can be asked for.
I am not typically one to write reviews, but I had to comment after purchasing it and using it several times over the weekend. My satisfaction with this particular belt is very high. Over the past forty years, I have tried a lot of belts ranging from hard leather to the original "Gold Belt" style, but just have to say that this Leatt belt provides the most comfort of any I have tried. The reason I gave this belt four out of five stars is because of multiple As I mentioned, it does not seem to breath as well as some of its counterparts, but I have to attribute this to the construction of the back reinforcement panel. panels do have vent holes, but all in all, this is going to be a more of a trade-off, providing more support for less venting overall. The greater support provided by this belt would be much appreciated. A truly impressive product. I wish the Velcro band at the front was a bit wider on larger sizes, and the tightening supports were a bit wider, but for the purpose it serves it is certainly adequate. Additionally, the Leatt belt is a little bit more expensive than other brands but this extra cost, at least to me, is not a big deal for the support it provides. The purchase was a great deal for me. If anyone is interested in a bit more information, I have a 36” waist and purchased a size Large/X-Large. The size is perfect. I don't think I would prefer a smaller size for my waist size and would recommend that anyone with a waist size of 38" to get the next larger size.
Highly recommended for serious off-road athletes. Those who ride on the road.
In order to ensure that items are properly protected, I always look for CE certification. There is a rating for every product in Leatt's line. As much as I sound like a company spokesman, I can assure you I'm not one. When it comes to advertising, I'm not the type to stick random stickers on my truck, bike, etc. Because I'm not willing to give them free advertising if they are not also of good I hate the crap that comes.
Despite the superb design of the section covering the lower spine, the protecting and retaining section under the lower back is not that good This costume is mainly breathable, however the elastic tape for securing the front is weak. It is recommended that Velcro fasteners be doubled in size from top to bottom and across the length of the towel. I would return for either the FOX black belt or the EVS impact, but the FOX does not appear to have impact protection, and the EVS is sold out. I just think the extra $20 money would be well spent to find out this thing has been The 5 has recently been purchased by me. As I am getting low on funds I will not worry about $20 more, even if someone taps my leg from behind while I am sitting at a light. This feels much more solid than the FOX racing black belt I hope I won't have to learn otherwise.

As a result of my 2007 fracture of T12 vertebrae, my lower back is sore most of the time. With this brace, you have enough protection and support, and you will also enjoy its comfort. The quality of the product is quite high. I like it a lot! The S/M fits perfectly. I'm a 33/34 waist, and the S/M fits perfectly too.
