There are approximately 5/8 inch to 1/2 inch thickness difference between each pad. 1/2 inch is the closest I can get to. I like them because they are well-made.
You can use it to make any kind of helmet more comfortable. I used it to make my kid's stormtrooper helmet more comfortable. I found this to be a great solution.
You can put these pads on your worn out and old helmet to restore it to its original shape!
I found these to fit perfectly with my ACH.

The pads definitely made my storm trooper mask more comfortable and snug. My old mountain bike helmet will probably get another set. The foam pads' surface provides a nice smooth texture for my head to rest against. So far, I have a positive experience with the Velcro attachments and I'm quite glad I bought them. However, the product description on the website indicates the pack contains nine velcro stickers when in fact it contains only four. In the end, I got 13 instead! . . . but it's overall a good deal for the quality you get.
A 2004 MICH 2000 I owned was fitted with its original helmet padding and only had the rear and forward Basically, a whole new interior for the helmet was ordered for replacement. I am very pleased with these helmet pads, which take a little while to break in but are extremely comfortable nonetheless! To find the correct comfort for the wearer of the helmet, I recommend wearing the helmet with these pads inside for a short period of time. I have shown you a picture of what I would wear for hot weather.
This product was purchased to pad my SCA helmet.
The helmets are great to use if you never wear them. It is almost impossible to cushion the impact 60 minutes later, you realize that you made a terrible mistake.
My need for these is not necessary. It looks like they would work, and I am sure they would, but I decided to use a different method for my issue (propping up a medieval helmet). Possibly, these could be used for something else as well. Asked to use my address, I had my first package sent to another location than mine. My neighbors and I didn't even know that the delivery driver had taken a picture of my package sitting on a welcome mat that wasn't ours. As soon as I notified Amazon about the error, another package was sent out. My wish would be not to have to wait to report that it was clearly delivered to someone else's house (the photo of their doormat made it easy to determine).
I find that to be not.
This is a very hard pad. It must be broken in to wear well. It took me a while to get my M88 to even fit with all those things back in. It sat on top of my head when I had all of them installed. Whenever Velcro stickers fall out of pads, the pads fall out as well. Thanks to my extras, I now have a lot more than I need. At their price, you should give them a try. It seems like they suited the needs of a great many As a matter of fact, if I hadn't destroyed it getting it out, I would have put the leather and canvas webbing back in.
did not need adhesive at all, since I already had Velcro in my LWH thanks to it being the USMC issue one. The pads themselves are great a little stiff at first, but definitely a good feel, and I would recommend, for sure. My package took 4 extra days to get to me because I suspect Amazon or USPS lost my package and had to order a new one. Great stuff, thanks for sharing.
