give these gloves two stars because they have a nice style to them. The only thing I dislike about the jeans is the thinness and cheap quality that they possess. The dunes haven't been around for long enough to already be ripping at the fingers. I bought the first Troy Lee gloves I've ever owned, and I'm not happy with them at all. A pair of Fox gloves will be on their way to me.
It was an AWESOME glove when it first came out. I love this shirt because it's durable, comfortable, and The previous version of these gloves lasted for three years of frequent trail, enduro, and bike park racing before wearing out and eventually falling apart. The current version is uncomfortable with lots of rough stitching inside that rubs against your hands all the time. It gets worse - after 1 ride, they've got 2 holes in their hands, and their stitching has fallen out on EVERY finger. On this version of the game they couldn't have done a worse job.
As you can see, the gloves I received were nothing like the ones in the image. The material is different, and I don't know where the squares came from.
A pair like this is the second pair I own. During the first 6 months, the first pair has held up well. We have found that these have failed after riding for only two times. Even from a brand with a good reputation, this is a bit disappointing. A new pair of sneakers was sent to me by Troy Lee Designs after I emailed a proof of purchase and a photo. The customer service is nice too. I don't know how well they will hold up, but the design is impressive.

After a few rides, they will loosen up just a bit which would be perfect. Instead of these, if you want something tough with a bit more padding, check out motocross gloves.
