There is no touchscreen capability so I don't understand why people are saying that. This thin leather material lets electricity pass from your fingers to the touchscreen, so you can use them as you would a paper.
Although it's not waterproof, the build quality is amazing for the price. I highly recommend it.

Upon reading some of the negative reviews regarding these gloves, I felt somehow obligated to do a review for them. The gloves are extremely impressive, and I am very impressed with them. The XL fit me perfectly (I wore an XL cadet golf glove in the past).
