Questions & Answers

Is it possible to use the touchscreen on these?

There is no touchscreen capability so I don't understand why people are saying that. This thin leather material lets electricity pass from your fingers to the touchscreen, so you can use them as you would a paper.

Does it matter if they get wet? What would you recommend in the absence of ?

Although it's not waterproof, the build quality is amazing for the price. I highly recommend it.

When it comes to sizing, how does it work?

You can find a size chart on the listing page next to the pictures. Choosing the next size up is a good idea if your hands are heavy.

Does this glove have 100% leather on it? I am not sure if it is true based on the smell from the dye/material. ?

As far as I can tell, they're made of 100% leather, but they do have vents. I probably wouldn't wear them in the north southeast during the winter. This was the first time I didn't smell anything. I found it to be worth the If you think that you would like a bigger size, order it.

The gloves are decent for an entry level glove
4/5

Upon reading some of the negative reviews regarding these gloves, I felt somehow obligated to do a review for them. My original one has been worn for four years and 20,000 miles it has also been worn on three long-distance This has been true for a long time There are no ripped threads, holes, or signs of In terms of functionality, I didn't encounter any issues with this glove but there was a bit of Velcro that slipped and had to be sewn up on one glove. You can feel the controls but do not feel unsafe with them, they're not so thick that you can't feel them, but neither too thin that you are uncomfortable. Several people told me that the knuckle guard was too big and awkward. The reality is that it fits me perfectly, and has protected my hands well from the rocks and debris that tend to hit them on the road. This kind of clothing is probably best worn during mild, It's okay to wear them in the heat, but you're not going to be able to keep cool when it's 90 degrees outside. Similarly, you won't stay warm if the temperature is below 45 degrees. To help me stay warm and dry when it is raining or cold, I carry an extra pair of waterproof gloves. While it may be raining, I wouldn't be able to call this a water-resistant shoe. As a result of the leather construction, they soak up water quickly. It's okay to wear them in light rain on a long ride, since they'll dry eventually in the wind. Rain gear will normally cover these, but they will be removed when it is on. My only reason for giving them a 4 star versus a 5 star is that I had to repair the Velcro, but considering how long they lasted and the fact that I only had to repair them twice, I'm probably being a little picky.

Good quality so far, but be careful with the sizing if you have large hands
4/5

First, I hate breaking in new gloves. In the last 10 years I had used my last pair, which I always hung on a motorcycle helmet, until a homeless person stole them. A pair of sunglasses before that were also stolen in I hate it. The first pair of gloves I used were a spare pair of "Husky Brand" Velcro mechanic gloves. This is not a pre-approved service It was uncomfortable to be curved like that! When I received these gloves, I wore them for the first time. They were the most comfortable

Size they are just right. Anything less than a size Large would have been too small, and many people have larger or thicker hands than I do. For this reason, it might be wise to opt for The stitching is excellent with no thread runs. However, how long these particular items will last or hold up remains a mystery. My goal is to maintain the review for a very long time, but I will update it if I run into difficulties. This insulation

There is a little bit now, so at 80 degrees they might not be too hot, but at 50 degrees they are probably not hot enough.

It is a 10/10 recommendation
5/5

These gloves have now been worn more than 4,000 miles, and they're still good! Honestly, I paid $30 or whatever it was for it. In the future, I'll buy another set if these wear out. Despite riding in temperatures ranging from 90° to 30°, I have found these bikes to The hands are still warm at 50 degrees, below that they become cold. Even in warm or hot weather, they are able to breathe well. Despite wearing gloves, you can feel the hardened knuckles in your hands, and the material feels good, not too thick but substantial enough to let you know you're wearing gloves. They feel better when they've been broken in, so I waited until I'd put some miles on them before writing a review. Good padding on palms, when they're broken-in, they're more comfortable naturally. A size 11-23 is perfect for me, I'm 5'9" and 180 pounds I got a size large. I used a 12 wedding ring and they fit well with a little room, although you might be able to fit a pair of thin cloth gloves (really thin) on top of them first if needed for cold weather riding. I may have been able to get a medium, but I would have had to stretch the cloth The gloves I wear should not be too tight to prevent my hands from sweating. My phone does not recognize me as an individual when I touch it I can pick up pencils but not my phone. It is feasible for me to get my wallet out of my back pocket as well as my card out, but I am only able to use two fingers to get my phone out of my is no problem riding long distances, and there are no problems riding short distances. As a whole, I'm satisfied with the shoes and will buy them again. I may buy a medium and try them out just to be sure.

This product is great when the temperatures are 90+
5/5

This glove was delivered to me on Friday last week. After riding 210 miles that day (from Albany, IL, to Jacksonville, FL), I stopped for a beer in Jacksonville. My ride from Jacksonville to Jekyll Island was on Sunday, and then on Wednesday I rode back to Albany from Jekyll Island During all of this, the temperature ranged from 90 to 100 degrees We are in July in South Georgia/North Florida, so 102 degrees is the normal temperature. The gloves are extremely impressive, and I am very impressed with them. The XL fit me perfectly (I wore an XL cadet golf glove in the past). There was no discomfort at all. once did my hands sweat a little, so I just tilted them slightly forward and the wind caught perfectly the holes in the perforated material. I like how the leather seems to be extremely high quality, and the gel pad makes riding long distances easier. In addition to the stitching apparently being of good quality, it seems to be well woven.

I don't fit this outfit well, but other than that it's pretty good
3/5

Since they are very well made and look like they'd keep my hands protected extremely well in case I crashed, I really wanted to like these gloves. As well as that, they are good. Its looking and perforated are exactly what I was looking for in a summer riding shirt. It is true that they are comfortable and would have fit well had they been my size. The plastic knuckle protection gizmo is the only exception. There is just one piece of the gadget, and it doesn't quite fit over I have to put it on top of my knuckles, so my knuckles are not lining up with where the cup is placed. Because of this, I cut my knuckles when using the handlebar because the cup's edge cuts through my knuckles. If the knuckle gizmo fits your knuckles, then you are going to have some excellent gloves for your If you take into account all other aspects of the glove, it's definitely worth trying. My gloves were returned to Amazon thanks to Amazon's returns policy. Nothing to do, nothing to worry about.

This pair of gloves cannot be recommended
3/5

It was a real disappointment that I didn't like the I found them to be comfortable, well built, and probably good protection, but when I wore them to ride my bike, I had absolutely no connection with my bike. I have no idea if it's the gel used for palm protection or the thick leather layer I am out of touch. Due to the disconnect feeling, I have had to take a second look at whether or not to keep In the event of a fall and an accident, even the most protective of controls won't be able to prevent them simply because I cannot feel the fine touch and feel of the controls. It doesn't matter how much I would like to give them another chance to get used to them, I won't risk my life with this.
