We purchased the smalls, which fit perfectly as expected. They'd be perfect for someone with a medium calf. They're well-made and don't feel too tight! They receive an A+ from me.

If you have Bird legs, I'm sure they'll be perfect. Although they appear to be of good quality, I had to give them three stars because I'll never know. Otherwise, I would not have wasted my time or money if the description stated that they are made by Chinese prisoners who are malnourished and have no idea what a normal leg looks like.
