Slip resistance that is high. The product has not yet been tested in I love them, and so does my husband. The Monster 1200R burned his legs up like no other shoe, which is why he likes having these shoes to keep his ankles from burning up.
The experience so far has been good. The toe retains its shape even after normal riding, and I have not noticed excessive wear anywhere on the shoe. Of course they are built more like a driving shoe, so durability will not be as good as a leather boot, but I have no reason to worry about poor durability.
My guess is that you can, as these shoes are designed to protect your feet while riding a motorcycle, so (probability) they will work for karting there too
In fact, the shoes are very comfortable and lightweight.

As I said before, these are the perfect motorcycle riding boots. They are comfortable, light, and the feet don't get cold in the hot Texas summer weather. However, the main reason to purchase motorcycle riding boots is to protect your feet from injuries. During my experience, the boots offered no protection at all as a result, one of the punctures went straight through my boot and into my foot, causing me to lose two toes. Both boots were ripped all over in the accident and three metatarsal bones were fractured as well.
Nike, New Balance, etc. are all a size 9 on me. I bought these fearing the fit would be off. This is actually a great site. It's the kind of shoe that can be worn anywhere without drawing too much attention since it looks like normal shoes.
My favorite part about ventilation is it keeps me cool. Although ceramic floors are generally safe, I find them a bit slippery in the wet. The matter is not that important. In addition to my daily shoes, I keep another pair in my office so I can switch to them upon arrival. One thing to keep in mind is that these shoes are narrow, so if your feet are wide, these will not be for you.
