I assume they're popular because of their low price, but I can see why they are. Mine was twisted and didn't sit properly, but that wasn't a big deal. They were simply twisted back into place. Apart from that, I'm not sure why some people are so fond of these. They're made on a shoestring budget. The lenses are incredibly simple to remove. When I tried to clean them up, they both fell out. br>They aren't exactly relaxing. The screws that held the arms in place were loosening, and if I hadn't tightened them, they would have fallen apart. br>br>I don't mind if my glasses are bent or if some of the screws are loose. I wasn't expecting much because they were cheap, and I would have kept them if I liked them, but I don't. I just think there are better options for what I'm looking for, which is a comfortable pair of glasses that won't fall apart when I'm wearing a full face helmet. br>br>Overall, I found them to be a disappointing nutmeg and will be returning to find something I like better.
Garbage! I assumed the first pair I purchased was a fluke, but they, too, fell apart quickly. Lenses were blown out, and so on.
While it was in the bag, the damned thing fell apart. Screws are a pain to work with because they loosen and fall out, and they're difficult to replace unless you use an old pair for spares. It's a shame, because I'll keep buying them because they're the most comfortable bike shoes I've ever owned.
referred to as X- They're KDS and they're not- They're KDs in the standard size. I had several pairs of XKDS, but they weren't all the same size.
I took them to my optometrist and had my prescription lens fitted into the frames.
I'm not sure if these are fakes or if KD's quality has deteriorated. The arms are not aligned with the frames because they were made incorrectly. They don't sit flush against your cheekbones. The problem is that the arms near the hinge are cut too short.
