Questions & Answers
They're great for riding a bike, but they're not very firm against your face. I'm not sure how they'd react at 25 mph, but if you're not wearing a helmet, you might want to look for something with a seal around the edge and possibly a strap around the back. They are, however, very nice and comfortable glasses. Make the best decision you can.
These glasses are mine, and I've worn them over my regular glasses.

This is the second time I've worn these shoes. The first pair I adored and then lost. These sunglasses fit perfectly over my wire-rim spectacles, which are quite small. I purchased my first pair in December 2014, lost them in October of last year, and immediately purchased this pair. There has been a lot of use, including back-to-back use. Country and kayaking with no issues (except for the fact that they got lost, which I can't blame on the sunglasses). The small lenses on the sides of the rims that filter sunlight without affecting peripheral vision are the best feature, aside from the perfect fit. I've never owned a pair of sunglasses like these. I'm sorry, but I'm only able to give five stars!.
These, I must say, are adequate. They're sturdy, do what they say they'll do, and everything else you've already read in the other reviews. That is to say, THEY ARE VERY GOOD, but I am giving them a lower rating because they make me uncomfortable if I use them for more than 45 minutes on a daily basis. I'm a truck driver, and I'm currently on the road. I was off the road for 8 hours a day, sometimes an hour and a half. If you wear these sunglasses for 20 minutes, you will notice marks on your nose, and you may notice pressure on your temporal area (above the ears) after a day of use. I'm torn between feeling uncomfortable in these and dealing with the glare. I believe these could have been made with nose cushions like normal glasses, but because the bridge is just hard plastic, the extra weight can be annoying at times. Also, these 'look good' for what they are and don't stand out when worn with a hoodie or baseball cap, but they are what they are on their own. BIG. If you have a small head and are concerned about looking like a fool, don't buy them; otherwise, you fat heads out there should be able to get away with them. Is it something I would purchase again? No, but I don't see any other options, and I like how these provide complete coverage and darkness. Clips and transitions are ineffective, but ANY over-production is. The weight and size of the frame sunglasses will be an issue. Enjoy them for what they are.
This is not the case with these! br>br>The glasses are just big enough to fit over small or medium frames without swallowing my face. The tint is quite dark, darker than most pairs of sunglasses I've seen, and is thus ideal for Texas summers, which are hot and blindingly bright. Full coverage is provided by a rim that runs across the top of the glasses. The clear side panels are also advantageous because they provide a full field of vision while driving. br>br>These glasses are a little heavy, and I find myself pushing them back up on a regular basis. The temples are a little tight, and they rubbed behind my ears quite a bit for a while after I first purchased these glasses. The lenses are also polarized, so if you get headaches from this type of lens, you might want to avoid it. br>br>Aside from that, these sunglasses are fantastic! This purchase has exceeded my expectations, and I will continue to wear these glasses for many years.
However, I find it to be too small. These over-the-top My prescription sunglasses were too small to fit over my admittedly large wire frame glasses (which measure 1 3/4" high from top to bottom). Although there were no dimensions listed in the description, I decided to take a chance and hope that they would work - nope. I gave them to my wife to try on, but she didn't like how they fit. They're also not divided. In any case, I was able to return them without difficulty - Amazon is to be thanked.
I bought a pair just to try them on and ended up buying two more for my wife and a friend. We were having trouble finding something to wear over our prescription glasses while riding our motorcycles, and we had some expensive goggles that were too tight on the face. The Bobster, in combination with a Croakies eyewear retainer, is ideal; it is reasonably priced and arrives quickly.
Even for the, they're dark enough. They are extremely comfortable to wear over my glasses, and I adore them. They're dark enough to cover even the brightest of days or a bad headache. It was well worth the money.
br>A coworker with extensive engineering experience in optics also tried them on and declared unequivocally that they were not polarized. br>br>I'm not sure if the advertising claim is correct, or if polarization is a matter of degree.
