Sun glare protection is provided by the tinted ones. I don't need sunglasses because I'm wearing the orange ones. The tinted ones will suffice if you're out on a trail.
If your glasses are properly fitted to your helmet, they will function similarly to any other pair of goggles. Because goggles fit over the helmet rather than your face, the helmet usually determines whether or not you can wear glasses.

I primarily ride dual sport, which means I ride both on and off road. The goggles are lightweight and well-fitting. They do, however, let a lot of dust in and scratch the lens easily. I've owned a number of different brands of goggles and take excellent care of my equipment and bicycles. These goggles, unfortunately, are terrible. Spend an extra $20 on Oakley O-Zone sunglasses. I had to remove the fog coating because they became cloudy after that and I couldn't get them back. Otherwise, these were good goggles that worked well, but because it had recently rained, I never got to test them in really dusty conditions before I ruined them.
This is an outstanding product. Very sturdy and comfortable. I would purchase this item again. Even my Fox set is comparable to my O'Neal goggles. I'm waiting for the cops to come get me because these are a steal at this price.
It was created for me by my wife. They appear to be fantastic. It was a perfect fit. Everything appears to be crisper, as if it were in high definition.
I mostly ride single track in the woods, with a few trips to the sand pit thrown in for good measure. For me, the goggles are ideal. I eventually had to replace the lenses because they were scratched. I'm still using the scratched ones, but if they get too bad, I'll switch to the new "back up" pair. I'd give these five stars if the lenses weren't so bad. I put them in a glasses/goggles pouch on my bag right out of the box, and when I took them out to use them, they were scratched so badly that it looked like I sanded them for ten minutes. Our 9-year-old will use this when he rides his dirt bike and four-wheeler. It's a good fit for his helmet. It's cool to have a colored lens. The lense would pop out, which was our son's only complaint. I believe he was incorrectly inserting it into the slots. Otherwise, these are fantastic goggles.
