Michigan has a harsh winter, so I run there during the cold weather. During cold weather, I wear a balaclava so that my face isn't frozen, and I like to wear sunglasses so that I'm not burned by the wind and can protect my eyes from glare from the For the past two months, I have been on the lookout for an item that will prevent my sunglasses from fogging up when it is humid. Unfortunately, Muc Off is not one of those products. They still fogged up just as much as they have in the past.
I'm an avid motorcyclist and ride in all types of weather (rain, fog, sun, etc. ). Throughout the decades, I have spent a lot of money on many different products and this one has been the most successful. I wouldn't say it's perfect, but it's a very close second.

These products work great for me and I've used them for a few years now. Shampoo has been used to clean my visor in the past, but I prefer this because it lasts longer. The only thing I would like is if it came packaged in a towelette.
It has been several years since I have tried an antifog product. So far, this is the first one I've found to work. must follow the directions and make sure to apply it every day.
You should stay away from them. The lens on a new pair of goggles became blurry after this solution was applied. It scratched the lens when I tried to wipe with a clean tissue as directed. As a result, I had to replace the lens after trying to remove this stuff and ended up paying $ for replacement lenses. Don't do it! Rather than mouthwash, spit is better.
I did not like how it leaves a hazy film on my helmet visor, so I did not use it for the stated purpose. This works well on the windscreen of my car to make cleaning more convenient.
