My opinion is that it isn't the case.
The glasses have holes around the lens to allow the air to pass vertically through them and so they are quite effective. In this case, you are using a bandana and breathing up through the holes is what causes them to fog. During my experience, I did not encounter any problems
This is a fake pair of glasses you should not buy! The lenses fall out when riding and I don't imagine they are DOT-approved since they are such a waste of money. They are big, bulky and look terrible. They're also poorly made and are cheap.
I have no problems with them! Changing lenses is quick and easy. No dust gets into the lens. It would be extremely hard for me to buy a different set if I needed another set.
