The seller must be avoided. As a result, the goggles themselves are quite comfortable and of high quality. The original strata has a wide field of view; however, the frame shape on these is different, and you lose some visibility. I'd get the original strata instead of the v2 if you can find them. br>br>Be on the lookout for this seller now. I was given a pair that had previously been used. When I first opened the package, there was dirt and leaves inside (along with the googles), the tag had been ripped off, and the lens had scratches and fingerprints all over it. I could have just gotten a bad pair, but I'd look for them elsewhere.
Still, it's fine. The frame is stiffer, with a plastic-like feel rather than a rubbery one. However, the fit is great, and the strap is fantastic. Although this is a good price, I prefer the feel of Oakley or Scott products. Perfect goggles if you're only going to wear them for one race and then throw them in the crowd! However, if you plan on keeping them for more than a season, I'd recommend investing in higher-quality brands.
The goggles are fine, but the lens isn't truly blue. When there is light reflection in the lens, you can see the blue.
They're adequate for the price. The frame size, on the other hand, is quite small. These goggles appear to be sized for someone with a much smaller head than I do in helmets. Peripheral vision is also restricted by the frame. In my gear bag, these goggles will be relegated to the "spare" category.
I bought these in hi-viz yellow with red lenses for myself after buying a pair in red for my wife for Christmas. I would definitely buy these again because they are very comfortable for both of us and they match and fit our helmets perfectly.
Other goggles can be rough on the foam edges around the eyes until they break in, but these aren't like that. They fit perfectly around my large helmet and have the perfect tint for the Colorado sun. Who doesn't enjoy a touch of pink for the ladies? Although the images appear to be more red, they are a sweet pink. This purchase has made me very happy!.
These were only $35 and are of excellent quality. Goggles are fairly sturdy and feel good on my face, with tinted lenses that are dark but not too dark. They're a little tight around my nose at first, but I'm sure they'll break in nicely over time. They arrived super quickly as well. I needed them by Friday afternoon so I could go riding that afternoon, and they arrived right on time.
We now own two pairs of these shoes. Goggles are fantastic. When my wife got into dirtbiking, she wanted a pair as well, so I bought mine first. We were looking for a lens that was dark and clear, and this was one of our best finds. The Strata 2 is an excellent choice.
