No, you must purchase the goggles that are specifically designed for them. I also need to know which Spy goggles to wear and which Oakley goggles to wear. We carry all of them, but the lens sizes and shapes of those two brands are different.
On the Strata model, I applied mine. They're stuck together in a stack of five. Stick them on the tabs of your goggles, then make the loops for the pulls so they come off one at a time; if they're too big for your goggles, use scissors to cut them down to size.

Fit my 100% goggles perfectly. Mine weren not creased or anything, but they should definitively be shipped as if they were pictures that shouldn not be bent and packed in cardboard or Fortunately, they were carefully handled and arrived in perfect condition.
