I was tested the hard way

I was in much more pain after my first crash with no pads, and I'm sure I would have been in a ton more pain without them. Despite being hot and uncomfortable, these shoes are still easy to ride with even during an 80 degree ride. Make sure you dress for the slide instead of the ride. I'm glad I did on.

The strap at the top for securing the elbow guard to my upper arm is one thing I like about this elbow guard. I have tried two other elbow guards, but none are as good as this one. It provides excellent protection because the padding is thick and there is a plastic shield between it and your skin. I've crashed a few times with these pads on, and I'm glad I didn't break any.

The brand I bought after tearing my elbows up three times finally won me over. As a slow learner, I know what you mean. The prevention of a fourth set of scars is at least a plus! It's best to read the sizing recommendations on the Fox website first. I followed those guidelines and the elbow guards fit perfectly. I have found the hotel to be comfortable for the time being, and the summer heat isn't unbearable.

Five feet nine inches tall and 165 pounds. It was large that was needed. Wearing it while riding is super comfy and I forget I'm wearing it. The trip was well worth the effort. Before you put your joints and bones through a lot of pain, buy. Though I haven't fallen hard for them yet, I am certain they will save me if they have the power to.

I received the product as requested and it was not the size I had ordered. I returned it using the UPS Store as described and now they are canceling my refund request.
