It's the pair's fault, it's what caused it
My bibs are worn under a mtb jersey, so I don't even notice them. A size large fit me even though I weigh 150 pounds
However, it is thin and says D30 on it. As of yet, I have not encountered a crash using these, so I cannot confirm whether they work as they should. The silicone strips in the inside of the dress irradiated my arms, so you should get a bigger size.

The pants provide much needed coverage and are comfortable to wear.
The shoes are quite comfortable I am quite pleased with them so far. They are decently breathable, though I tend to carry them on my hip pack on the way up and put them on on the way back.
The lightweight sleeve, however, is my favourite! My order finally arrived today in the right size. The only thing I am really bulky is my arms. I am 5'8" and 140 pounds. received a pair of shoes that were one size too small, but I still wear them. Cold rides are made much more comfortable with these cozy arms. A great degree of I like it. When it comes to Fox equipment, you can't go wrong.
