Since my wife is 5'5" and 105 I don't expect you to have any problem in fitting into those shoes.
The children are 9 and 7 and they work on a dirt bike. They are fairly slim, In light of that, we should find ways to tighten up
Hey Brandon, sorry, but the adult Titan race elbow guards come in three sizes the youth size elbow guards are only available in one size, with the adult sizes available in two sizes. Graciously, Greg! Thank you for your question.

The constant crashes that my son has caused him to scrape his elbows. This was exactly what he was looking for. Each strap is attached with velcro (two below the elbow on the forearm, one above the elbow around the bicep) and you wrap the straps around your arm as illustrated below. It also has a stretchy thin mesh fabric on the forearm section that the user slides their arm into, then the velcro straps are used to cinch it up. His confidence and riding ability are enhanced by these and they are "tested" every ride. I just wanted to add that my child is 7 years old, weighs 60 lbs and stands around 4'4" tall.
Having a 5 ft 5 build that weighs around 120 lbs, I can tell you it is not an easy task to find these. They do a great job. have used them for dirt-biking, and they are a little on the small side, but I would prefer them to be on the small side rather than the large.
A great piece of protection for riding, as these are really strong. There are too many of them In the - They would hold up well to a good fall on rocks for skateboarding, but are not good for riding. The straps on the shoes are multiple. It is a bit difficult to get them on. While I would like them to be a little tighter, they do not move when worn over a sweatshirt, so I am not taking them off It is not uncommon for my son to complain about being uncomfortable because he has no problem moving his arms.
The products worked well for my child, who is 7 years The elbows, forearms, and chest are protected very well. This is a very secure site. This is a very good product. Using these in combination with the Fox Racing chest guard might be problematic since the chest guard wraps around the middle to upper arm snugly (which does not happen with most When buying chest guard wraps for a much younger child, under 7 or who is tiny in size, the wraps for the upper arm will likely overlap the wraps for the elbow guard. A bulky, uncomfortable jacket would be an issue at that point. I don't see this as a problem for my child, but it might be for the younger ones. There's no doubt in my mind that these are great. My experience with this purchase was very positive.
Fox is the network. In general, the quality is good and the fit is generally good. Served my 7 and 10-year-old children well, but I had to take off a star for the way the upper arm strap and pads were designed. The pad fits over the chest protector arm pad and strap (they overlap). Fox Youth is also the manufacturer of the chest protectors. It would have been better if the two of them had worked together better.
This is a very durable and comfortable pair I bought for my 11 year old son.
