Is exactly what I hoped it would be. I like that it protects my neck and I don't have to worry about it sticking out when I wear it. The biggest concern I had was that it would just be a piece of fabric with some crappy foam in it, with a logo slapped on It does not compress significantly with a full force squeeze from me and I'm not a little man. The foam is quite durable and only compresses with a decent amount of force applied (a full-force squeeze from me does compress it somewhat but not significantly). If I am involved in an accident with this brace, neck injuries are greatly reduced. The helmet does not restrict head movement, and I often forget I have it on when I ride.
A significant reduction in neck fatigue is seen with this device. The design is appealing to me. Using this device reduces neck fatigue significantly on a long day and reduces the chance of neck injury if the worst It is not straight, and that's the only trouble I have with it. As it rotates, it makes a slight arc.
I am very happy with this product. There are about 20 spaces between the neck and the head. The inner circumference of the ring is 5 inches. Having a height of 6'4 and a weight of 171 pounds, I am a large male. This model has a neck size range of 5 to 18 inches. This is a very comfortable brace for me, it does not limit me at all, and it provides additional safety that is simple. There are a lot of these neck supports, and I'm sure they're good - but the price goes up a lot. In any case, I am very satisfied with the quality and comfort of this item. Guy with a thick neck Getting scared is not a good thing.
It's not good for my neck if I snap it. The only reason I purchased this brace instead of a more expensive, adjustable brace that is more like the Hans Device is because I was afraid it wouldn't work. Though it might not be adjustable, it works very well for me. When you have both the brace and helmet installed and are attempting to roll your head side to side, you can see if it works well On the side and on the Back to you. It is possible to still move your head but can be clearly seen that this will prevent any overexaggerated movements. It fits well and I don't really notice it once I'm moving. I'm 5'11" and 205 lbs. , so it isn't too large or too small. As of now, I have no need to upgrade to a new.
Unlike my Leatt, it feels better. As well as riding my dirt bike, I wear the EVS on the street. I am aware I wear the Leatt brace at all times, and it offers greater protection than I previously had. This collar is part of the EVS. Almost none of it is noticeable to me. Over my Jersey / body armor, it fits perfectly and also works well over my street jacket as well. A rider who is serious about his riding should own one at this price.
In a RZR, they can use 6) the helmets with the motor. Camping in the woods and visiting the dunes are our favorite activities. While protecting the necks of the riders, I needed something that would help relieve the weight of their new DOT helmets.
The helmet should be a full face helmet or a dirt helmet if your child will be riding with one. There is no helmet that is more important than this. Those wearing full-face helmets and those riding dirt bikes have a greater chance of hyperextending their necks thanks to the helmets' ability to force the head past its limits. Injuries such as these can be prevented by this simple collar. Cheapening out on this very important piece of equipment is not a good idea. It means nothing if your child suffers a spinal injury because you bought a $40 safety gear for a penny when you could have got the same protection for $40? In addition to protecting the neck and spine, it must also worry about other things.
Although I was concerned that it would restrict movement, you are unaware of it until the day comes that you need it (and it is there). In case you do not wear a chest protector, consider getting the collar that is compatible with a chest protector but not the one that is compatible with chest protectors (which is actually more affordable). If you rub your jersey, the tabs on the bottom tend to tear it up in a significant way.
