It is estimated that my daughter weighs around 130 pounds and stands 5'7". Would she need a small or a large?

In my opinion, a large outfit would be best for my daughter. She is 5'3" and 115 pounds, so the medium fits her perfectly. If she were another 2 or 3 inches taller, it would be too small.

I don't like the size of the helmet. The helmet had to be bought separately. I would like to see a smaller helmet option available for the intermediate size.
