Questions & Answers

You need to know what size you need, but how do you know?

I have very large palms, about 9 inches, and I am comfortable in the large size. Can probably also accommodate a palm of 10 inches in circumference.

When buying gloves, I need to know what size to get. I wear a medium 100% glove. ?

Thank you Tasha, I would recommend the large size glove for that size hand.

kind of material are these made of, and what is the thickness of them?

There is a 2/32 inch thickness to these. A very thin film. Cotton is very soft, but the material is elastic on top. As I mentioned, my son races harescrambles, which consist of two or more hours of hard riding at a time. Before he used these, his hands would get hamburger-shaped every They last for a very long time. It takes 25 hours for him to finish one pair of shoes before he switches to another The price was well worth it.

Can you please tell me if this is a pair or a single?

You can wear them for a long time, but the finger holes are easy to tear, so take care when you wear them

I am floored! I use this to save my hands all the time
5/5

I picked up a pair while I was at Mammoth Mountain last year and holy shoot, how amazing are these? I know that this is absurd, but these are wicked! Even though my hands get a little warm when I'm just sitting around (not riding), once I'm on my bike (MX or Mtn bike) I don't notice it at You need to wear them for a lap or two the first time before you forget they are there, but once you get used to them, you don't notice them at all anymore. They do add a small amount of thickness to the overall grip area, but on the plus side, it also adds an additional layer of cushion / comfort (which I noticed on the mtn bike since I ride parks a lot), that was a pleasant surprise. The ride is going to be the same from here on out. I can't tell you how much they help when you spend more than a day or two at a bike park, they're a lifesaver for sure!.

I don't understand why I wasn't aware of these earlier
5/5

Almost every time when I ride my sport bike on trackdays I suffer from terrible blisters due to not wearing something under my gloves. The best thing I've found is blue nitrile gloves with the fingers cut off, however the sweat builds up in them and I lose grip. ". These do not cause me that issue at all. My hands remain dry all day long. Despite wearing a size Large, and a size XL, I find the gloves to fit well, though they are starting to tear a little after a little use. It will be interesting to see how the XL size performs. The designer of these was a real genius. Thank you very much. You owe it to someone who has ever mentioned blisters, or if you have ever seen blisters on their hands after riding, to It's likely that they will say,"I don't need them" or "I can live without it", but I bet they will convert instantly and won't want to ride without them again in the future.

You can think of these as consumable parts, but they Motorcycles were on display at the time It seems that GP riders use a similar product under their gloves, so I thought I would give it a go on my weekend track day
4/5

To date, I have spent 2 days with them, 6 or 7 *20 minute sessions each day, and the small branch over the index finger is beginning to pull and may even Then we'll see if they can make it another full day, but I doubt they'll make it However, at about $5 a day, I feel these are worth the risk to not get blisters that might reduce my riding experience at an expensive weekend. In fact, I really didn't notice them after the first few laps because they fit quite well under my relatively snug-fitting gloves.

Mowing is easy with this mower! Mowing is my main task with these, and I find them to be perfect
5/5

Originally, I bought these gloves to replace more bulky full gloves, which are almost always gloves offer me the padding I need without restricting the rest of my fingers from breathing. Our yard is relatively large and we need to mow it quite often, so we have a push mower. Despite using these gloves less than a year before having to replace them, they did not last long. was able to make them last longer than they needed to, though I could have made them last longer. ) I would say that for the price these palm protectors are selling for, that is pretty good longevity. I would highly recommend it.

Blisters were reduced on my palms due to the use of the product
5/5

Black and black (large/X-small) Palm Protector from Risk Racing I got what I ordered (Large). When I ride track days, I ride my FZ09 and a Tuono Factory in two two-person groups. The total number of sessions per day is 14 for just over four hours. Each day, you should ride for at least five hours. No matter what glove I use (even XXL Alpine SuperTech and GP Pro gloves). Please note that (I wear an XL glove size, and the Alpine gloves need to be one size bigger in order to fit) I experience blisters on my palms. I am pleased with the performance of the Risk Racing Palm Protector. It fits nicely in my race fit gloves and has reduced blistering incidents. One downside is that the palm protectors wear out quickly and fail after one weekend, but considering 28 sessions and 9 hours of intense riding, that's not a big deal. For your $10, this is not a bad buy. A set of four costs $200. 00.

The blisters didn't form! My feet have not blistered or developed any problems after wearing the shoes for several days on aggressive rides
5/5

Most likely won't hold up very long, but still worth it for the price and the fact that your hands won't get ripped up! I found the fit under my moto gloves to be more comfortable than I expected.

I like it! For my fiancé, I bought these, and he wears them while riding his bike
5/5

Despite the fact that one finger did rip when he first got them, they have been lasting as long as a year. He might have received them too small because they were too small for him. As far as he's concerned, he recommends it. Being careful when taking the hat off and putting it on is a good idea.
