It has been running on my Honda Goldwing since 2006. As I got 10,000 miles from the tire I took off and then put it back on, I replaced it with the same one. The rain-resistant material handles well in the rain, and I'd There is not much more to say.
Here is a picture of the G701 front tire- Enhances your life in an instantly noticeable and better way It is a very easy to handle bike, I replaced the Dunlops with these (the G701 front tire mates to this rear tire - If you take this review as applicable to the entire set, not just the rear tire), you should consider the set as a whole. A major surprise to me was the improvements in steering and handling, as well as an improved sense of confidence. Stability is a benefit these tires provide over their predecessors. I also notice that the road noise is less than usual, along with better wear-- GL1800 tires become increasingly noisy over time--though to be fair, most become increasingly noisy over three or four years-- Tires can last for several thousand miles, then begin to make a louder noise as they deteriorate. When you lean your bike into a turn, you hear the hum. I gave the five stars because of the immediate improvement we experienced in handling. Watching how well they wear will be an important part of my decision.
During my August 2016 west coast trip, I did not only go to Van Nuys, Ca, but also Sturgis and the Americade events. As long as these tires do not wear out, I expect to be able to get another 1000/2000 miles from Over the winter, I will have them replaced so that I can start fresh for the riding season in recommend these tires for people with cruisers or touring bikes. I have this set of tires on my 2008 Honda Goldwing with.
The moment I left the tire installation shop, I immediately noticed that I was turning at slow speeds with more ease. The Bridgestone is new to me, so I have not ridden it in the rain I still have my factory Dunlop tires in the front, and I plan to switch to Bridgestone once they wear out.
I have been extremely pleased with the performance of this tire. The tires on my touring bike work pretty close to the edge because I push them harder than many people on baggers or full touring bikes. I can put all kinds of pressure on these tires without any issues.
We run these on a 2010 Gold Wing 1800 and they are the best Considering that we drive between 15,000 and 20,000 miles a year, we replace a few tires each year.
There is excellent rain traction on this tire, and it is very quiet. The Bridgestone tires on this Gold Wing are my second time using them. Since I met this tire at dinner and we discussed expectations, I found this tire to have impeccable ethics. I am 100% confident in this tire's ability to meet expectations. It is best to install this tire, especially the Bridgestone front tire, because it has a groove in the center. It provides outstanding traction control in wet, or sandy areas.
My experience with this purchase has been extremely satisfactory both in terms of the quality of the product and the fact that they arrived in less than six months after they were ordered.
