How do they perform when inflated? Will they pop or will they remain square and flat?

Somewhere in between is where they are. The tread is rounded/high in the middle, not flat across the wide tread area like a truck tire. The sides aren't ballooned out like truck tires, but they come close to being flat. It may be of some help.

Installing the device can be difficult. The last time I had these was about 5 months ago. There are no issues to report. This was a tough one to get in, but a long crowbar and a lot of muscle got me there.
