It works kind of, but it keeps engaging the throttle when you release the throttle, as the plastic parts inside the throttle cable compartment hit each other and get stuck.
Recently I found parts to reassemble a 1974 Yamaha 360 MX dirtbike and needed a replacement throttle, so I purchased this one. It fits the handle bars and should do the trick. Although the cable and housing are too short, the grips and throttle are perfect for it. I'm happy to say once again that Amazon delivered. Amazon is a great resource.

This is garbage. A bar diameter of 22mm or 7/8 is very far from being close when fitting a 22mm or 7/8 diameter bar. Having to find a 7/8 step bit to lengthen the housing was not an easy task. A second flaw was in the casting, which stripped with little resistance to the screws. Drilling and using a through-hole tool will not be possible due to the limited space Bolt or nut. I've ordered a lot of these from different places and I can't even see the point of returning it just because the cable is some weird length I've never seen anywhere else accept my apology and try shopping from another place.
