Even though the bulbs were advertised as brighter, blah, blah, blah, you cannot see any difference in brightness or color when looking at them. They are a direct replacement for the 3-watt factory bulb. It's already been four hours! I would have given it a higher rating if the marketing hadn't led me to believe otherwise! So, if you think you're getting a better bulb than the one that came with your car, you're actually not. achieving the same level of brightness brighten up!.

5 months! After a year, the replacement failed. I was surprised that this Sylvania H11 XtraVision bulb lasted only 7 months after my original OEM headlight bulb lasted 5 years! The second bulb lasted for an hour and eleven minutes. 5 months! Even though the warranty service is excellent and simple, I'd prefer a bulb that lasts at least two years. Having good customer support on one that burns out in 7 months is preferable to having it for three years. This was intended for my Honda. br>br> These XtraVision bulbs appeared to be no brighter than the OEM bulbs. I've learned my lesson and purchased OEM Honda Osram bulbs for the next replacement, which will most likely be in less than a year when the XtraVisions burn out again! br>br>Recent changes: br>br> The first warranty replacement bulb they sent me lasted a full year and a half! This means that three out of four of these bulbs lasted less than a year! The fourth bulb has been in use for seven months and is still going strong.

I can't comment on the quality of the lights because they don't fit me. This is a review of whatever parts matching system Amazon employs. br>br>Ordered a 2013 Chrysler 200 because it was a 'confirmed match' for my current vehicle. The lights are still listed as compatible with this vehicle. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. A 9012 bulb and a different plug were required. I'm stuck with these because they were just outside the return window. I went to a nearby auto parts store and purchased the necessary bulbs. br>br>Before purchasing, check Amazon's'match' elsewhere. To be fair, I've purchased several auto parts for two cars through Amazon over the years, and this is the first time I've had a mismatch. Because I was unable to return, I am leaving this review. I can't even bring this issue up with Sylvania because their customer service/tech support website isn't secure and can't be accessed on an iPhone due to a high fraud alert. Verify that the parts you recommended are correct!.

I've purchased five twin packs of these bulbs to replace ones that have burned out since purchasing my 2013 Prius, and now I'm in need of another! I've been driving for sixty years and I don't think I've ever replaced more than five headlights or bulbs. The cost of light bulbs in general, including these, and the rate at which they burn out appear to be a money-making scheme.

These bulbs are a complete disaster. Unless I switch on my bright beams (which are a different set of bulbs), I can't see the road. I can't believe Sylvania would allow a product like this to leave their factory, so these have to be counterfeit bulbs. Be wary of the buyer! Amazon allows shoddy goods to be passed off as genuine.

In my Subaru 2015 Crosstrek, I replaced the headlights 5 months ago. The bulbs were not the reason for the difficulty in installation. They were bright enough to see but not so bright as to cause other drivers to become blinded. However, one of the bulbs went out last month. br>br> It had to be replaced once more. The other had a date today. During the day, I do have my headlights on, so I'm guessing the 12-volt battery will suffice. The month's lifespan has been reduced to six months. 8 months, but with winter approaching, I can't keep having these go out all the time; It simply isn't a safe environment. br>br>I believe you would have a better experience with these bulbs if you only use your lights at night.

After one of my headlights burned out, I bought these bulbs. In terms of brightness, these appear to be similar to, if not slightly brighter than, the originals. (I didn't want anything super-duper-duper-duper-duper-duper the use of bright bulbs ) After watching a few videos, I was fairly certain that I could complete this task on my own. To keep my hands from getting oily on the glass, I wore rubber gloves. It took less than a minute, and I was delighted to complete the task myself. If the bulb burns out quickly, I will update my review.

These bad boys were required for my 2013 Prius. Both of my headlights went out, and I couldn't see the road at all. I saw how many positive reviews it had, and my father said he had previously replaced my headlights with these. My headlights were replaced by my father last year, and I was disappointed to have to replace them again a year later (I'm not sure what caused both to fail). I'm hoping for a little more time with these. It was a little difficult to replace with the hood open because the openings for both headlights are quite small, and the left side was particularly difficult to replace because the coolant tank is so close to it. When installing, make sure the three groves are lined up correctly and turn until you hear a light click. It took me a little longer to feel out the lights behind the headlight casing, and don't forget to press down on the small latch/button thing before pulling out the cord that powers the bulb!.
