It's a little different from the standard sharpening tool, but I believe it will work because I have one similar to it.
Yes. It can be adjusted to fit a wide range of sizes.
The description says yes, but I have a 99 XL1200 that it says it will work on and it doesn't. You have to unbolt the bottom shock and adjust the height to your liking before rebolting it. I bought it for my 09 dyna and it works fine for that.

On my Sportster rear shocks, it works perfectly. Controlling the rotation of the adjuster ring is easier when you have a grip in two places. It keeps the adjuster from slamming too quickly into the slot.
It was used to adjust the rear shocks on a 2004 VRod. It was simple to use and had a good price.
We use this tool to adjust our shocks and we really like it. The seller provided an accurate description and delivered on time.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do, and it works perfectly on a 2000 Harley-Davidson Dyna.
On my Harley, it works perfectly.
