Polaris Sportsman 570 EPS Utility Edition is a 2018 Polaris Sportsman 570 EPS Utility Edition
5/5

I was thrown out of the package when I opened it, thinking I had received the wrong axle. In comparison to the stock axle, it was enormous. This isn't going to work, I reasoned. I recorded it, measured it, and double-checked the spline count, as well as the bearing hub and old axle. Everything should be in place! On the back receiving side of the bearing hub, there is plenty of room to fit this beast of an axle. This axle is so much beefier than the previous one. The dealer wanted $217, and I was only willing to part with $70. The boots, too, are built to last. It was the perfect fit. I'm tempted to get one for the other side just to improve on the OEM. One piece of advice for you: grease everything. There was very little grease where it should have been, such as the upper and lower hub carriers and bearings. I discovered one spline that was missing antiseism, as well as those bearing greasers that fit inside the axle bearing. On a large grease gun, each bearing required about 15 pumps. There couldn't have been much from the factory in there. This quad has only been used for 96 hours. There should have been a lot of grease all over the place. Polaris grease is petroleum-based and overpriced for what it is, so I switched to Royal Purple Extreme full synthetic grease for everything, including the driveline.

I've used a lot of axles over the years, and these are by far the best
5/5

I've been riding Polaris ATVs for 25 years and have never had an axle problem. I only snapped axles when I began plowing half a mile of drive and dragging a harrow around the property. I'm not sure where Polaris gets these axles, but they're incredibly thin and inexpensive. I ordered one trial axle to replace a freshly broken axle after reading the forums and reviews. I ordered from Amazon, and three days later, I was back on the back 40 with my ATV. This axle has a greater diameter and is Plug and Play. It includes everything I required. While replacing the axle, you might want to replace the torsion/sway bar bushings as well. The axle came in a custom-made box to protect it, and I couldn't be happier that it came with all of the necessary hardware, saving me the trip to the Polaris dealer. I honestly don't think this axle will ever break. In the fields, I put a lot of wear and tear on my machines, and this axle is at least two times better than OEM. Replace a pair and your axle problems will be a thing of the past; I've already placed an order for my second axle. R took an hour for me to complete. No special tools are required to R the axle. Snapping the old broken axle out of the case by sharply pulling or jerking it out was a simple task. When putting it back into the female, apply Anti Seize to the gear splines and give it a few light whacks with a dead blow hammer. There are no photos of the new axle because there is a big rush to get to work.

It rubs the bolts because the boot is too big
3/5

The axel appears to be in good condition, but the boot is too large and rubs against the bolts, causing a hole to form. br>br>The smaller boot is the original, while the larger boot is a recent addition from these guys.

The part does not fit, so do not purchase
3/5

The inner cv boot on this axle, which I bought last year for a Sportsman 570, is already ripped. The inner cv boot is too big, and it rubs against the lower a arm's bolt head, cutting it in half. The atv sits most of the time and is only ridden once in a while, so when I asked for a warranty, it was a couple of months past the one-year mark. Eastlake stated that they would not provide a warranty and that it is simply a part of the process; some models rub, while others do not. I was told that if I bought a new one from them, they would warranty it for two years, but why would I buy a second one only to have to replace it because they don't fit the models they were designed for?.

They are excellent and will be used to replace all axles as they wear out
5/5

I'm a very mechanical person who works on all of my own vehicles, and this is a fantastic part; it's much larger than the original, which means it's much stronger. This is what I put on my 2017 Sportsman 570, but I'm sure it'll fit any 570. The only difference is that I use the Polaris nut when I'm in good shape. The Polaris washer should be used because it is much thicker and will tighten the Cotter pin to the nut.

It fit
5/5

On my 570 Sportsman, it was a perfect fit. I began with the number 8 as a starting point. That company sent me three different ones and none of them fit, so I paid the extra $10 and was glad I did because it fit perfectly and was incredibly simple to put together. If I had to, I'd probably be able to do it on a trail.

They appear to be well constructed; I installed one on my 570 Sportsman last year and it has performed admirably

I'm currently preparing to replace the other rear original, which had its boot split last week.

Excellent work
5/5

It was a perfect fit for my 2015 Sportsman 570, and it was much easier to replace the entire axle rather than just the boot.
