There are different sizes of this headband part/piece. Can you tell me the size?

As indicated by the part number, this suspension should fit heads with a diameter of 6 inches. It is equivalent to a size 8 on a size 5. An adult of medium size should be able to fit into the size.

Where does the hard hat attach to the attachment, what is the material? What is polyethylene? Is it polypropylene?

Metal clips are used to attach it to the hard hat

This is the type of one I am looking for. We are dealing with a medium here. What is the availability of large?

A soft, comfortable feel and a perfect fit

In the past few months, I ordered the DEVO Energy Dome with PPE mask. Earlier this week, I received the DEVO Energy Dome, but to get it to fit well on my head, I needed to mount it internally on my hardhat. This brand / model appealed to me so I bought it. The fit and functionality of the item is great, and the material is very soft. In my case, I didn't have to make any adjustments to To attach the suspension strap to the inside of the energy dome, I used velcro. IMPORTANT NOTE In order for the energy dome to work, the hardhat suspension must also be in place, otherwise the dome will not be able to recirculate its energy.

In the existing suspension, the bolts were brittle and damaged. On Amazon, there was an item describing four-point suspension that looked like it might do the job. What a pleasure it's turned out to be when it snaps right in and works well!.

I was way too short in my straps, but I still loved them

It fits the old hat style, and it worked as expected. To get the straps to fit properly on my head, I had to remove the stitching from them, adjust them, and stitch them back up again. This seems to be a quality control issue, since another reviewer reported that it sat down properly on his head. Money is a good thing for me. Simple adjustment was all I needed to make.
