This is the Street Glide Special for 2019. I was able to replace the headlights with the originals. A harness is provided for both the Hi and the Lo This beam is low in power. It was necessary to make sure the polarity of the bulb was correct and the sequence of installation allowed the PCM to recognize the change by turning the ignition on and off until the new light could be detected. This works great in both high and low settings The beams are low and look incredible.
The unit has just been installed on my special 2018 St Glide. The system is absolutely compatible with each other INCLUDED IN THE SET ARE ALL THE ACCESSORIES YOU MAY NEED. It's possible to install the wire harness side of the supplied Y adapter backwards, so be aware of how you install it. This will assist with disassembly if you take a few pictures prior to opening. There is a Black Wire on each of the (2) connectors on the wire harness side of the Y adapter. But you must ensure they are paired up with the Black Wire on the headlamp's side. Considering this is a smoked headlight, it probably won't be as bright as the stock light, but you're buying it because it's red hot and looks great on a black.
The part was a test purchase for a 2019 Street Glide Special. I was not planning on keeping it. Here is your cheap led light.
If you want a light that works, you've come to the right place. Do you think it will last? I doubt it. There is no glass here, it's all plastic. As soon as it gets scratched, it is going to get all dented up. Is it safe to use the LEDs inside? There can be no certainty until the time comes. Although they are bright, they are still pretty good. As I said earlier, I am going to *One funny note the inside of the unit has two finger printers that can be seen clearly. It is a little bit hard to alter that, however, as you can see when you look in the light, one is very prominent. I find it a bit disturbing. My plan is to replace this thing with a higher quality device eventually.
It's great to have a LED headlight like this! Prior to going any further, I am highly confused as to why Harley-Davidson and other manufacturers don't offer LED lighting as standard equipment on their newer models, either front or The design room should place rider safety at the top of the list! I know it's all about the almighty dollar, but we should never overlook safety! Ok, aside from these issues, this light is well designed and easy to install on my 2018 Street Glide Special! The price per LED headlight is a little higher, but it is a great deal compared to others. Despite the fact that it won't last as long as the offerings from Harley and others, I paid just a quarter to a third of the price of other "DayMakers" that are available. There are plenty of riders out there looking for a bit more comfort when it comes to safety and visibility. I highly recommend this brand. The quality and workmanship are of the same caliber as others that I have seen. I have no experience with any other units to compare with. Take advantage of this valuable safety feature on your bike and make sure this product is working safely. I think most of you out there will be very satisfied with your purchase.
It provides great visibility, and I did not have to spend a lot. I'm glad you like it! I was able to see three times better Bright headlights help me safely reach work at 4am. I travel down rural roads to get there, so I need to leave at 4am. I'm certain that anyone who lives in the Midwest (and other places as well) is aware that animals of all sizes enjoy simply hanging out in the middle of the road at Among the many creatures we saw were possums, raccoons, bobcats, coyotes, deer, and a super big 'OMG'! In what way- Here's the deal Oh my gosh- In that case, it was- What is this? All of them have crossed my path and almost collided with me. Surely, it will also improve my visibility to other drivers in a big way, which is very important for safety. It is necessary for a single headlight on a motorcycle to be as bright as the headlights on both cars. It is important to be seen and to In this case, the headlight does the job quite well. There is no comparison to the price for quality. Like this, you can purchase headlights for five times as much, but trust me when I say you are not paying $60 for the headlight but $200 for its brand name.
In order to replace the stock headlight on my '18 Indian Chieftain with an LED H4 bulb, I recently purchased an LED H4 bulb from Amazon. This improvement gave a much better light spread in the stock housing and proved well worth the money. Despite this, there was also some radio interference caused by it. My LED driving light bulbs were fine. In an attempt to resolve the problem, I noticed my Belt & Pulley system wasn't working. On Amazon, you can find a road LED headlight. A light offered through Indian was over $350 more expensive than the $55 light, and other options were between $100 and $400 more costly than the $55 light. As long as the return policy with Amazon was good, I was able to try the headlight bulbs to see if they performed as well as the LED bulbs and still didn't interfere with my radio. If it did, If you check yes on all the boxes, a refund will not be needed. The music is great. The lighting pattern is well engineered and will never interfere with the radio. I hope this stuff will provide me with years of service. I expect the price alone will make you want to look, but the quality of the product, along with the light actually performing as intended, will make you glad you purchased it.
The light is for my Yamaha Vstar 650, purchased in 2009. As this is my first motorcycle, I do not have much experience with lighting. But I do like something other than the traditional halogen lights, as I have always been used to nothing but LED and HID lighting in all my cars for a long time. Since I didn't want to blow the budget on these, they looked good enough to me. The installation was very simple, there were no extra parts to deal with, and the harnesses were provided, but I didn't You'll be blown away by it once you've learned how to aim it. Even though the expensive lights provide a broader spectrum of light and a higher level of brightness, this is still more than sufficient for the Although it doesn't have a glass cover, I am confident it won't be a problem. My bike is looking great thanks to this new light, so I can show it off more.
