In order to install an LED light bulb on my 2018 Triumph Street Twin, I searched for a long time looking for an LED replacement for the stock halogen bulb. There is a scrambler grill on my Triumph headlight, so I wanted an LED bulb which would be more bright than the stock halogen bulb since the grill blocks some As much visibility as I could afford to gain, especially during the day, was the goal. My LED bulb is brighter than the stock halogen bulb, and I am pleased to report that it looks even brighter. It may not be possible for me to give an exact measurement, but it "seems brighter" to me. Amazon describes it as producing 6000LM but I don't believe it creates that much. It's probably BS and wouldn't rely on the Lumens value, especially since packaging doesn't include any light output information. This bulb is completely white and does not have a yellowish hue like the replacement halogen bulb. The daytime appearance takes some of the retro look away, but it stands out more at night. Furthermore, the best part of this LED bulb is that it fits perfectly inside the headlamp of my Street Twin and also allows me to reuse the rubber dust cover I installed it exactly as it was supposed to. Thanks to this LED bulb I was able to get a motorcycle LED bulb that is 100% compatible and does not have compromises like many of the other motorcycle LED bulbs Here are some examples of before (halogen) and after (LED) pictures to give you an idea of how things looked before. My review of this item was not influenced by any external factors. I bought the item with my money and was not compensated in any way. This is just what I think.
On a vintage 1983 Honda VF750F Interceptor, I replaced what was likely the original factory halogen bulb with the one on this vintage motorcycle. It is much brighter, has a much whiter light, and it draws less voltage from what I am pretty sure is a 37-volt source The year is The alternator has seen better days. It only took a few minutes to install the bulb (except for the hour it took to disassemble the Interceptor's fairing, fairing frame, and headlight lens bracket). This program can be installed only one way - by installing it online It is determined by the design of the socket By doing so, this prevents errors from occurring The installation process. In my review, I discovered there isn't a lot of overlap between the coverage of high-resolution As well as low-cost You are beaming. There was only one issue that I encountered A comparison of the low beam and the high beam. In the first spot where the headlight was originally positioned, the low beam illuminated a bright city road far enough in front of me to avoid road debris and hazards while the high beam was no longer visible. into a dark, unlit area, I didn't have enough close proximity to the safety of my vehicle On low beam, the trees were illuminated, and on high beam, only the tops of the trees were lit. I ended up realizing that trial and error were required to reach the final alignment more than I had initially anticipated. Since I work nights right now, and Covid is getting traffic after 2 a. m. - I'm able to work on time. The problem is so bad that it is even visible in Dallas suburbs It virtually does not exist It is real. As a result, I spent about three hours with my bike, riding for ten minutes in both the dark and the light, returning to the garage, adjusting the headlight bracket, retesting, and doing it again until I got the light where I wanted it You can move left or right and up or down. My car has about 300 miles on it currently, and I am happy with its There has been only one vehicle that has flashed its lights at me while in low range - There are no complaints from my fellow drivers about the beam, so it seems that they are also satisfied.
Now that I can see at night, I feel more confident riding at night! My experience with locally owned boxes shops as well as other "upgrade bulbs" is extensive. I paid a lot more than this product and I couldn't tell any difference between them and this. OH MY GOD! I am horrified by this light! My old headlamp was not bright enough to see road hazards well, and it might have frightened off other riders or drivers. I can now travel with peace of mind knowing that it is bright enough to see my path. As a 40+ veteran riding for 2 years now and loving the 2003 Honda Shadow VT750DCB Shadow Spirit, I have a lot to say! We have only found 1 mod/upgrade that has been really simple for us to do- Two bolts hold the fixture in place. Unscrew two bolts, exchange bulb, put fixture back in place, and secure two bolts that hold the fixture in place. The part fits perfectly, is well marked, and the directions are clear. The tabs make it easy to place correctly. Put the key to the wall, and you're good to go! My eyes were blown away at how crisp the crisp white light was, how focused it was as to keep other drivers from being blinded. I had to use wire adaptors but I did not need to use any additional wiring adapters--it took less than 10 minutes to complete the installation. As soon as I followed the directions, I double checked to make sure I did it right! All you need is a philips screwdriver. A clean cloth or a pair of gloves composed of latex or nitrile to protect the bulb will suffice. That's all there is to Featured in your review, I hope you get the same WOW when you install this on your bike as I did when I installed this on mine. . . Thank you again for providing such a fantastic material! DesertRider AZ -.
During the past week, I have installed this LED replacement bulb in my 2014 Honda CTX700D motorcycle to replace the H4 60/55 halogen bulb that was previously There was some difficulty installing the bulb due to limited access, but that has nothing to do with the bulb itself. In general, I prefer an LED over halogen lights provided they are durable and bright. I got the impression the bulb was quite bright at first, but after riding with it I will be able to tell a better comparison. In the high beam, there is a large field of view, and in the low beam, there is a nice bright dispersion across the field. As the reviews for this particular light bulb were favorable, I selected it since it was the brightest LED bulb I could find. There is only one downside to this bulb it is somewhat more expensive than other bulbs.
In a nutshell, A direct replacement for oem H4 halogens, this H4 led light produces equivalent light output. Pop in for a few minutes and you'll be amazed at the end result. Despite being bright, the bulb itself is durable and will not overload the bike. The bulb itself is very well made and will last a long time.
