I was fed up with having to pay $3 every time I needed something. I decided to give these a try because the incandescent equivalent was 50 per bulb at the auto store. br>br>First and foremost, the amount of light produced by these is ideal: not overly bright, but slightly brighter than the original incandescent. br>br>There are two issues.
1. The bulb's contact does not extend the full length of the bayonet base. My Mini's sockets try to pinch the bulb beyond the contact point. If you push the bulb all the way in, it will turn off. To get it to grab further down, I used a pick to bend the contacts in the base. 2. br>br>1. br>br>br>br>br>br The front of the building receives all of the light. This isn't the light for you if you need light to shine out from the sides.

I've been searching for led t10 bulbs to replace the majority of my dying bulbs for quite some time. The majority of the ones I discovered interfered with the keyless entry system, but not these. br>br>I wasn't looking for anything particularly bright, just something that would outperform the OEM halogen bulbs. The brightness of these bulbs is unquestionably superior to that of standard bulbs. The bulbs are a fraction of the size of standard t10 bulbs. Overall, these bulbs are excellent, but if you're looking for extremely bright bulbs, look elsewhere.

They were very easy to insert into the sockets. That was good because I was able to get these into a location where I was having trouble getting a different LED bulb in. The bad news is that these bulbs aren't any brighter than standard bulbs, and may be even less bright. I'm using them in places where the amount of light doesn't matter (footwells, etc. ) and they're definitely not as bright as other LED bulbs I own. I'd buy them again only if I couldn't find anything better and there was an application where I couldn't get a different LED bulb to fit.

I'll try to return to this review and update the longevity rating as soon as I can. Because I've only recently installed them for my license plate, I gave it a middle of the road rating. These appear to be as bright as the license plate lights I replaced, but they emit a whiter light. They fit much better than the other LED lights I had to replace. The old LEDs were starting to flicker, which was very annoying. This is a steadfast source of illumination. So, if they last, the longevity rating will be updated.

I really like these bulbs, and I'm hoping they'll last as long as LED bulbs are known for. br>br>My only criticism of these, which I don't mean as a criticism but rather as an observation, is that they were a much tighter fit than other bulbs, and I had to really push them into the socket. br>br>They are bright and look great when installed, and I would recommend them to family and friends.

These bulbs are nearly identical to the 194/168 bulbs in terms of performance. They're both the same size, with the exception that one of the ones I used appears to be a little smaller at the contact points. It lit up fine but would not make contact when fully inserted in the socket; this was easily fixed by simply replacing the bulb with another from the package of ten. The color is exactly what I was looking for, and the white is very crisp.

These were purchased to replace my vehicle's W5W incandescent license plate bulbs. They arrived quickly and worked perfectly as a stand-in for the original. I removed the old burned-out bulbs and replaced them with these new LED bulbs, and one of them worked right away, while the other required me to simply turn it around to change the voltage polarity. The bulbs perform admirably and produce a bright light that is similar to, but slightly whiter than, that produced by the original bulbs. I was pleased with how simple it was to switch from incandescent to LED bulbs. I like the light output and anticipate that they will last much longer and use less energy than the originals. This purchase has exceeded my expectations!.

I received the product todaybr>I plugged the first bulb in and discovered that the wires were bent in the opposite direction of the original bulbbr>So I broke two bulbs trying to bend them the right waybr>When I tried the third and fourth bulbs, they worked right away but were a very tight fit and didn't work if I moved them too muchbr>In the end, I got them to work in the cabbr>I still have to install the license plate bulbsbr>I.
