This set of 1157 led bulbs does not contain lead Plug and play installation, no polarity issues.
According to my experience with these bulbs, if you use a bright white LED bulb in a turn signal spot that has an amber lens cover, the white bulb will almost completely soak up the yellow color. In case you will be using the LEDs behind a clear glass cover, you should purchase the amber LEDs. While I understand that this is a late reply, I'll give the answer to the next guy who's asking
It is with great sadness that I must disagree with some others, but I have found that using a pure white bulb with a red lens tends to wash out the color red. It is true that the white bulb produces a brighter light, but usually it is the white that comes through, not the red. The red color I usually obtain when I use red bulbs with red lenses is more intense, and I believe this makes it easier for you to see brake lights or turn signal lights.
For it to continuously blink slowly or at a regular rate, you need a resistor. Since LEDs do not resist as incandescent bulbs do, there is a fast rate of blinking. A motorcycle has a limited amount of space to access the wiring, so you will need to have the same resistance on the end of each if you want them to blink at the same rate. In the wiring harness you can add an LED resistor kit, which should make your wires appear much clearer. You may need to disassemble and add the LED resistor kit to your turn signal, but I wouldn't go much further than that.
