My speed was 102 mph on the freeway for the time I was driving home and I was still going with the fast traffic. It was clear that something was wrong. Upon getting home, I counted the teeth on the sprocket and found There is 43 stock in the market. Because there had been a gear change from the previous owner, the speedometer and the odometer were out of sync! It was the result of my research that Even though $105 is still a relatively large sum, it was completely worth it as it corrected my readouts. After using the GPS on my phone and the formula provided in the instructions, I discovered that my speedometer was 16 mph instead of 19 mph. The rate is up by 7%! Nevertheless, I have programmed my percentage, and this unit adjusts automatically as soon as the sprockets are changed. I wish I could determine when the original owner changed sprockets so that I could determine the actual mileage on the bike! With my GPS reading, my speedo is now the same as my speedo! I would have preferred a longer wire to make it easier to install, about 8" would make a world of difference. It's great to be here!.
I had a speedo of 3 to 3 on my Goldwing. The odometer also got filled up with miles as we drove 5 mph fast. My computer was just left alone once I got it dialed in. All of the wiring is clean and I have it hooked up to the right hand lockable compartment. Great product. I like it.
The instructions were easy to follow and after I went to their website to find the plug I needed to plug into I was riding in no time. My speedometer is so accurate, and I appreciate that so much. My right wrist just needs to be able to control itself, then I can leave you.
