The filter I bought was a blind purchase because there were no reviews for it as well as no pictures of what was inside it. Let me clarify, I've never seen an inside of a Nos filter, but I've seen the inside of a nitrous outlet filter that's been disassembled, and this looks like the inside of one. As well as the fittings a lot of people use that only have the little screen in the fitting, I can compare it to those. There is a lot more mesh in this filter than in the little screen filters, so you'll be catching a lot more dirt when using this filter than with the regular fitting filters. On top of that, this filter flows better than the little screen filters because of its greater surface area. I am glad I didn't waste two times as much on the exact same item as I would have if I had spent twice as much on it.
