The parts fit as if they were the originals. Afterward, I adjusted the air screw by 1/2 turn after riding it for about 20 minutes. On the outer edges of the reed valve top and bottom outer rims, only a sparse application of permatex 90 minute gasket maker was used. After adjusting the air set screw and bolts, secure the manifold bolts and card jet screw with Lock Tight mid strength. With high vibration, even locks washers cannot hold 4 stroke or 2 stroke bolts. By using Mid Lock Tight on bolts, I save myself a lot of time and effort.

There is no way I would recommend this product if you are looking to purchase a Zuma 49CC. I tried the part and it didn't work. I used the old part which worked.

Unfortunately, there are no photos because the parts have been installed already. I thought the fit and functionality of the product were both good. A arrival was also made We are totally satisfied with our purchase.
