There is no drilling without first drilling a hole. Although you have to drill the flange bolts a little wider (pain in the butt), the air intake box will still be slightly touched. My own is a great fit, and I wear it all the time. It took about 2 hours of custom fitting and fighting for me to get the right fit, so weigh your options carefully.
4 stroke full pipe for Honda cfr 100. I am not certain that this model would fit yours
Can't figure it out
Alex, I think I'll have to go with "possibly, but not sure" for $300

I am submitting my review with instructions. As this item does not include a gasket, you will need to purchase your own. You'll also need a drill or dremmel to make the holes oval enough to fit the exhaust studs. *Build the pipes before you put them on the bike, since getting them at the right angle requires a lot of force. There could be contact between the exhaust wrap and the air box, so you would want to add some insulation. You must put the new exhaust on the frame bolt next to the old one. Use the spacer included in the package and the old exhaust bolt. If the rear stock tire does not rub, you must Moreover, if your exhaust cannot reach the top of the frame, you might need a metal plate between it and the frame. With roughly a 3hp boost. It does not have a cat or spark arrestor so it is much.
There are a lot of improvements on my little Hawk 250 when it comes to sound. could only get a 1" diameter 2" diameter lip if I fabricated a 5in length of 304 stainless steel. The date is 25 od to the date. Because this was not designed just for enduro bikes, it says it was built for Honda. In order to get it to fit, I had to do the following Please note There are about 3/8" to 1/2" of space between the bolt holes on the flange, so I widened them to fit my bolt pattern-- Both the mounting bracket for the middle section of tubing and the one for the muffler did not line up, so I made one for the muffler and drilled holes in the middle section of tube to align the mounting bracket with the upper bolt for the passenger footpegs. It was just a matter of installing a longer bolt. As mentioned earlier, I had to modify my muffler to fit a 5" extension. With respect to performance, I expected to gain more power from the carb by using an improved airflow through a large diameter pipe attached to I want to thank you for your awesome product.
A hawk 250 sounds good and was made with high quality parts. Everything fits well (part to part) and it was built with high quality. You have to make a few modifications to make it work on a Hawk 250, but it doesn't take much. The mods are shown in a video by Motocheese on YouTube.
I am not entirely sure if this part fits my Crf150F because it arrived early and looked great. The mounting points on one of the mounting points needed to be adjusted slightly to allow my clutch lever to pass through.
This was a gift for my X-Mas This 250cc dual sport is equipped with a four-stroke engine 250cc Zongshen The setup is almost identical to the Hawks'. The reason I bought this one is because so many people on Hawk bikes have replaced their stock exhausts with this one. I'm sorry, but that didn't work out. My frame cannot fit behind these pipe bends because they are too wide off the header pipe. While behind the frame, the image did not line up properly Neither the flange bolt hole nor the exhaust header bolt hole are large enough to accommodate them. I didn't get what I wanted Yes, I have seen where you need to drill larger holes for the Hawk bikes, but the pipe did NOT meet flush with the exhaust port engine side - so I wasted some space drilling bigger holes. There will be a return of this. I regret it. I would have been glad to fit in and have the same thing as One-tenth of

A hole needed to be drilled in the engine clamp, an extra hole had to be drilled in the, middle attachment point, and the bolt mount had to be relocated to a vacant hole in the front fender to receive the exhaust pipe. It's deep but I'm not able to stay focused on it. This helped to quiet the rocket, with good power output still. I wrapped a piece of hardware cloth around the chamber and poked it in there, which also helped to muffle the noise.
With this header and muffler I can get a great sound from my Hawk 250. Because there is no place to mount the stock heat shield, I wrapped my leg in heat tape so my skin would stay warm. Although they came from China, it took awhile for me to get them, but they were definitely.
As long as you understand how the system works, it's not too difficult. It took me about an hour to put it on. Gaskets made of brass should be purchased so they can be moved easily and not damaged. There may be a few times when header pipe needs moving. There is a lot of noise, however. My plan is to install a baffle on In Kansas, I have mine matched with a 115 jet. Before, I should have been able to achieve a top speed of 60 but it took forever. It’s hard to stop it from going faster now. Sprocket on the front has 18 teeth. The front case needs to be modified. A couple of years ago I weighed I am 6'2".
