PN 65724 is a Harley-Davidson part number. According to the HD Parts Fiche, 85A will fit the 2009 FLHTC (My Bike) as well as the 2020 FLHR (Your Bike). So, yes, in a nutshell. Before removing the old tabs and installing new ones to match, make sure you remember the original orientation of the tabs at the top of each block. NOTE: They don't quite fit right.

Vance was a pain to install

It appears to be the same grommet as the OEM grommet. I was unable to locate Vance. The Hines muffler support bracket began in the grommet that had been installed. I had to take out the grommet and start feeding the bracket into it before re-installing it. the grommet should be put in place I was able to get the grommet in place, but feeding the bracket the rest of the way through proved to be extremely difficult. I was able to get it the rest of the way through with the help of a lot of Windex for lubrication and some muscle work. It shouldn't be this difficult, and using the OEM bracket might be preferable. If you have the Vance, I would not recommend this. a bracket by Hines For such a simple task, it was far too difficult. Due to this, I was only docked one star. If using the stock bracket, give it the benefit of the doubt because it appears to be a good product otherwise.

It actually fits and serves its purpose

It puts an end to the squeaks. This is a well-fitting replacement part that is neither too small nor too large to make installation difficult. The muffler hanger slot is tight and hasn't worn out since I put them on. Since installing these on my bike, I've had no more squeaks. I've only used one so far because I'm running a 2 into 1 Thunderheader and exhaust, but I'll have another one on hand if this one fails.

Exactly what I needed! One of the original mounts on my 2017 Road Glide FLTRX was torn up, so I bought these to replace it

I replaced both with these at the same time, and they fit perfectly; I'll report back after a few miles of riding to see if they give or tear under normal highway use. So far, the product has been excellent.

These pieces are a great substitute for H-shaped pieces. D item. There isn't much of a difference between these and the stock items. Touring mufflers are easily installed and restored to their original tight fit.
