Because these don't have ribbing to keep them in the muffler, they keep falling out, so I tossed them out. Maybe other mufflers aren't the same as my Husky TC250, but one with ribbing is something I'd recommend.
The plug's maximum diameter (the black part, not the orange part) is about 1 3/4". Although the product claims to be for two-strokes, it fits perfectly in the exhaust ports of my stock KTM four-stroke pipes - Their "4 stroke" plug is MUCH wider and did not fit either bike; hopefully this information is helpful!
Part number 177710NN is the one you'll need.

In the spark arrester, there is a stroke. This pipe is ideal for my 4-pipe set-up. CRF for Stroke: 150 It only penetrates the rubber about a quarter of an inch. I first bought a four-stroke exhaust plug, but it was too big for the hole. Although this exhaust appears to have a spark arrester, I believe it is stock.
It's easy to get rid of. I've now purchased some with flanges. I'm not sure what I'll do with these. Most likely, just keep the keychain part.
This isn't the case. Although it appears to be of good quality, there is nothing small about this plug. This plug is far too small for my stock KTM 250 XC (2 stroke) pipe. I'd really like to be able to return it, but it's been more than 30 days.
One of them isn't this one. The plug is not going to stay in the exhaust pipe.
I'm working with a two-person team. This thing will not stay in unless you have the stroke version and your silencer is completely clean and dry.
It's difficult to keep it in place.
It won't fit my 2017 beta rr 250, but it will fit my vstrom 650! Exhaust for two-stroke engines is not permitted!!.
It does not stay in the exhaust and always falls out on its own; a ribbed plug would be preferable.
