This kit will not fit the RFZ125 unless you own a conduit bender and a pipe stretcher. During the Q It was mentioned that there would be a section. The pipe and muffler's overall length barely reaches the muffler clamp under the rear fender, even if it had the proper bends. To get the right angle for everything to bolt back up, you'd need to twist the 180d bend at the engine to gain a little more length toward the back, and then place another bend halfway on the pipe. If you're interested in trying it, best of luck!.
Because there's no heat shield on the back part of the head pipe, she's a real right thigh burner. I'm running it on a Honda XL70. The exhaust is designed for a pit bike, with a plastic guard over the hot part, so I'll just have to be careful for now. It performs admirably and is pleasant to look at for the price. The sound is approximately what you would expect. It shouldn't be too loud or too quiet. It's quieter than my friend's little KLX110 bikes' FMF pipes.
On an SSR 125 automatic, it didn't look right. The location of the silencer was shifted by about 2. A bracket was needed to fill the gap because it was 5 inches low. In addition, the overall quality was subpar. Bends are clearly pushed in on the inside radius, reducing diameter, and there are scuffs/scrapes that appear to indicate that the bending dies were slightly too small. Furthermore, the entire header pipe appears to have been very roughed up prior to plating. For the price, none of it should come as a surprise.
The whole thing looks good on the motorcycle, but the metal is slightly scratched and bends easily, and one of the screws holding the exhaust guard in place snapped as I was tightening it, but it looks clean and makes my pit bike sound great. br>UPDATE: The entire inside of the muffler was mangled and burned as a result of the 3-minute fire. After the fourth ride, I would not recommend using this exhaust with any engine larger than a 110cc.
Checking for quality is a bad idea. The exhaust appears to have been made in a garage. The black can on the mune cane had some obvious scratches on it and should never have been sent to a customer. When I can, I buy parts and products on Amazon, but this was a bad decision. (I am hoping for a good finish on the new one. ).
It appears to be of high quality and has a pleasant sound. Installing it was a breeze. My son's leg is constantly burning, so I'm going to wrap it up. Having to do it all over again But don't forget about the carbs. It's just something to think about.
I just installed it on my SSR125 4 stroke dirt bike and it looks fantastic, thanks to Amazon.
