What is the fitment of this to the muffler on a 01 Cherokee?

There is no way it will fit that muffler on an 01 Cherokee. There are three parts to an exhaust system for a 50cc scooter. Take a look at the reviews and pictures of the product.

I use this product for my 50cc mopeds and it works great!

The engine is 80cc motorized, will it fit?

The engine kit for the China doll 66/80cc motorized bicycle will not fit without modifications. There is a 49mm bolt spacing for the dolls while there is a 38mm spacing for China dolls

In place of roaring, Scooter purrs

My brand new TaoTao 150 Eagle has a missing ring and bolt to attach the exhaust to the engine. After adding the gasket to cart, it purrs at full throttle. The idle RPM dropped to almost 1 and the engine runs It is true that loud pipes save lives, but this little guy will turn a roaring tiger into a mushy little cub.

Bicycles with 66cc or 80cc engines are not allowed

An 80cc China girl kit required the purchase of this part. Because I did not look at the bolt spacing at all, I didn't notice it was 49mm. Hence, I might try to Dremel the bolt holes a little and see if I can make it work. I will update once the project is completed.

As a result of replacing the muffler on my scooter, I needed one of these parts. Adding a second one to my order is simply in case. The number of spare parts for a scooter is never enough. In addition, the 1PZ Brand makes really solid parts, and I would definitely recommend it.

The GY6 fits the Bintelli Fury 150cc

In a nutshell, There is no telling whether the JB Weld High Heat caused the exhaust leak or whether the layered gasket is the culprit until I tear it all apart. While using any epoxy on the gasket could lead to it leaking, do not do so. There has been no better method than metal on metal. It looks like the GY6 engine tops out at 700F or so. There was a strong smell of burning JB Weld High Heat.

The Seals Tight products I purchased were perfect for replacing a header and muffler on my GY6 150cc

Thank you very much. Finished gasket is much thicker than the original compress ring gasket, ensuring better seal to the engine and header pipe. I would highly recommend it over the original. There's no need to regret this decision.

Parts at a low cost shouldn't be expected to do Initially it lasted for about two months before literally burning off layer by layer after that

Tao Tao Powermax 150 is a perfect fit for this. There is a good chance that it would fit most 150cc GY6 clones. Stock exhaust is still current There is too much The exhaust gasket works great, as long as you check it every once in a while. After riding about 100 miles, the exhaust nuts need to be tightened by hand again.
